both of which result in fibrillation and flatline! and death if you don't have a defibrillator ! even if you do have one, you gotta get your weight to relatively normal QUICK or it'll FIBRILLATE again!
(edit: protip! drink OIL like yes the car oil.. for gaining weight quick! if you can't find any food, oil works : it'll make you sick as FUUUCKKKK but give you a kilo or something) (eat mushpears ! if you're fat ! they take off half a kilo from you)
don't mind the last dude they were having deadly high blood pressure so that's why their nose is bleeding and head is hurty. you can't be fat in this game without having 150/100 pressure ALWAYS
