This is probably a shitty DND campaign idea but break the 4th wall have your players play being isekaid into a DnD campaign.
Have them play as people now stuck in a DnD campaign that they must complete to be sent back home. Be it they’re making up characters or playing themselves I don’t know.
But I think isekaid into a DnD campaign could be cool

Whelp, after spending three hours airing out our grievances with our DM, it's come to light that the other players feel the same about the DM as I do. Likewise they share the feelings that they are only staying because we enjoy each other's company.
We have posted a LFG to try to find a DM willing to take on our characters and plan to break it too our DM some time tomorrow. Wish I could say I feel bad but I'm so happy to be done with him.
