Bobovember 4 - Day 4 - Fire I have not drawn Shibito/Bad Bard in awhile, which is lame cause he’s a big highlight of the Cyber City arc for me, so hey, why not use Fire as an excuse to draw the lil man. Commissions are currently open, info is pinned

So like his main ability is the Gothic Shinken (Or Super Fist of Gothic if you’re goin by the Dub) , and it allows him to take the power of words to attack people. So like he takes the word for fire and than you get fuckin flamethrowered like it was charizard or some shit. With the exception of other people’s names, most of his attacks seem to come from him summoning them out of Books, which is probably why his preferred battlefield is some horrifying void where the ground is books. So with that knowledge in toe, what if the reason he wears a shirt covered in words with no order to their placement is because those words are like, his super special attacks, the type of shit he keeps for a last resort.  Honestly makes me realize how versatile Shibito would be in both solo and team combat. Cause if he’s able to pull words from a surface and use their full power he’s got some real slick options on his shirt. I’ve tried my best to figure out all the words we see, but it’s difficult since some of its usually covered up by his cool jacket or the angle of the shot, here’s the list. Life Rebirth Revolution (Previously I thought it was Revenge, and than revolt) Hope Sea  Shine Heaven Discover Love Top Above (Followed by a T) Peace? (We only see eace) Luck Chance Oof (It might have been a longer word) That’s all I could find myself, there might be a few bits of words that I couldn’t see, and who knows what might be on the back of the shirt if any. I imagine that he just like, writes on his shirt and that’s why he just has words not ordered properly. So what could they do? Life and Rebirth are probably healing and a revive, meaning he could be a good healer in team combat Revolution proooobably makes discourse in an enemy team Love likely acts like Attract from Pokemon, except probably not limited by Gender. It’s obviously the strongest one, JUST THINK OF ALL THE FANFIC PLOTS WHERE SHIBITO PLAYS CUPID! I’ll shut up now Sea, well why not drown someone in the ocean you make magically appear from your sick teeshirt  Shine is probably like the Solar Flare from Dragon Ball, either that or he becomes sparkly like Edward Cullen (The most dangerous literature) Hope probably reinvigorates the morale of his allies or others Discover could be finding information on the fly, or find directions to the mcdonalds. Heaven is either he A. Summons the actual Heaven, B. He’s got osme Anti-Satan on hand, or C. It’s like some kind of status/curse cure Top, I have nothing for this Above could either mean he teleports above you nothing personell kid, or he like, ascends into a stronger form. Or flight. Peace is probably a way to pacify someone  Luck probably raises his luck a lot Chance probably is some kind of coin flip get out of jail free type deal for combat Oof? He teleports you to Roblox and hits you with the rasengan Completely unrelated to his fancy shirt but I big headcanon that when Shibito goes out into combat away from his arena he has like, 6 books clipped to his waist to supply him with plenty of words for combat. And probably a pen or sharpy to write words on his shirt, cause unconfirmed theory here but I think after he pulls a word out of something that word just disappears forever from that surface.
