Curling your bacon before baking creates a fun and unique way to enjoy crispy bacon. The curling process also helps the bacon cook evenly, resulting in perfectly crispy bacon tubes.
Ingredients: 10 slices of bacon. Cooking twine or toothpicks.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Take each slice of bacon and gently curl it into a tube shape. Secure the curled bacon with cooking twine or toothpicks to maintain the tube shape. Place the bacon tubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack set inside a baking sheet to allow the grease to drip away. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown. Remove the bacon tubes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Carefully remove the cooking twine or toothpicks and serve your crispy bacon tubes.
