This easy weeknight bacon broccoli pasta is a delicious and satisfying meal that can be whipped up in no time. The smoky flavor of bacon pairs perfectly with tender broccoli and savory Parmesan cheese, creating a comforting dish that everyone will love.
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cups broccoli florets. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside, leaving bacon grease in the skillet. Add olive oil to the skillet with bacon grease. Saut minced garlic until fragrant. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Return cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet. Toss everything together. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta mixture and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
