Good Morning 🍻 We ended up switching out the blowoff tube with a closed bung to avoid water suction overnight 👍🏻 This morning the yeast has been added and we gave the carboy a good long vigorous shake to both mix in the yeast and reoxygenate the wort for more efficient fermentation. Our convoluted wort chiller ended up being too frozen so we are cold crashing our wort 👌🏻 We've done this before without issue and should be able to add the yeast before bedtime.
