#backward clock

Hello and firstly welcome to my new blog.  I have been collecting and admiring vintage electronic equipment for sometime now and although I have been posting photos on my Facebook page it has become apparent that they may have an interest to a wider field - so here we are.

So to kick off I am going back to my childhood…  This early 80’s Accutee backwards/left-handed wall clock has been hanging in the waiting room of my dentist surgery all of my life (33 years to date) and it has always fascinated me.  Backwards clocks are supposed to be easier for left-handed people to read but why would a dentist surgery have a backwards clock, surely it can’t help with the smooth running of the appointments system?!
