BUONGIORNO! So... Pasquale and I are on a smoothie kick this week... Today I made this one with 2Carrots.1Cucumber. 2 handfuls Spinach. 1/2 banana. 1/2 apple. About a cup Frozen blueberries. 2TbspFlax seed. Chunk of Fresh Ginger. 1tbsp Turmeric. TspCinnamon. About 1/2-3/4cKefir. Water. We've been having this size glass of smoothie every morning this week and been very full! (I still have my small cappuccino or espressino!πβοΈ) I do make a smoothie every now and then in our normal breakfast rotation but this week... Every day. It's a nice healthy change up. And yes...
