Good morning friends! Let me just start this by saying, this isnt just my typical breakfast post. The last 2 days i have been MIA on this, and heres why. On my typical day i wake up fairly early (8 is early for me, ok??) Have my healthy breakfast, get my workout in, het ready and go to work. Its all very simple, i have my day plan, and staying fed, healthy and hydrated is just second nature. Then we come to my days off.... these have become a huge problem for me. Im not motivated to do anything, which ordinarily wouldnt be a problem. Rest days are important for weightloss just like leg day, arm day, etc. The problem is, i EAT. Pizza, chicken wings, ice cream, chips, i cant control myself. This is where im having the issue. After this weekend, i decided Im DONE. I dont want this lifestyle to only work for me on days i have to go to work. I dont want to stay paused at this weight anymore, i want to move forward! Ive found my motivation before and i need to find it again. Weightloss doesnt happen if yourr fully commited only 5/7 days. I need 24/7 commitment, and I need it now!!! So for beakfast, I'm having a spinach and mushroom omelet and homemade iced coffee with non sweetened almond coconut milk.
