I don't cuddle my siblings, but we're also not close whatever. I still kiss and hug my mom and dad every day though. Though personally, cuddling makes me super uncomfortable anyways, just as a personal thing.

Dude. Jeanne cuddled me after her surgery in April and it's legit the first time we've ever, ever snuggled with our bodies touching??? (At least, in my memory) The only family I've ever snuggled with was my mom. And I mean, I adjusted quickly to cuddling with my sister, but there was a time in my life when that would have been just unthinkable. I don't know what the reasoning behind it would be, except that Jeanne and I have never been super touchy Feely (Especially her)
(so my question kinda came out of seeing this post) but like, i can understand not being comfortable with it. but at least in the beginning, for us, it’s literally how you build relationships? through touch whether thats cuddling or hand holding or hugs and kisses etc. so the concept of that not being a thing is weird
