BACK DAY!!! 💪🏼🔥 Back day is usually my least favorite, but I think this just might have been my favorite workout this week!!! I enjoyed them all of course, but just got into the zone with this one! 😅 A few of todays BACK AND CHEST day workout made into a back circuit!!! Give this a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! ⁉3X THROUGH: 10 reps each! 1⃣ Resistance band pull apart: Think about squeezing together your shoulder blades (scapula) as if there is a pencil between them or someone poking you in the back. 2⃣ Sumo deadlift: Your legs do not have to be touching the bar. Aim to be about 1/2 -1 inch away from the bar. Toes should be in line with your knee. Toes do not have to be straight forward. Point both feet slightly outward. To keep your hips safe you want the toes to follow the line of your knees. 3⃣ Single arm bent over row: Elbows should remain in close contact with the side of your body. Think about pulling your elbow back. 4⃣ Barbell row: Bend your elbows to bring the barbell in towards your lower ribs. You should feel a small squeeze between your shoulder blades. 5⃣ Bent over rear delt raise: Hinge forwards from your hips to lower your chest towards your thighs.
