The entirety of Faircity is openly neurodivergent in one way or another. This includes The Whammer, Mr. Big, Two-Brains & his Henchmen, The Butcher, Becky & her family, Tobey, Leslie, Invisibill, etc. who are all autistic.
The only one who masks in town is Reginald, who suppresses his neurodivergent traits to maintain his "posh" image, and because of internalized ableism. That's partially why he's so openly judgmental towards others, especially in front of his rich customers and people of authority. He has trouble fitting in with others because of this, so he prefers his jewelry (special interest) to people.
(Occasionally his mask slips though, like in Have Snob, Will Travel.)
