Review of B:Lab's Bamboo 365 Super Aqua Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++
B:Lab is a Korean brand that is dedicated to finding the perfect ratio of ingredients to create the best products for all skin types. Their Bamboo 365 Super Aqua Sunscreen is designed to highly protect the skin and help the skin stay moist and fresh for a long time. Key ingredients include: bamboo water (rich in antioxidants, hydrating, improves elasticity, anti-inflammatory, sodium hyaluronate (anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, hydrating, moisturizing, healing), octisalate (protects strongly against UVB rays, prevents sunburn and skin irritation), tinosorb S (synthetic UV filter, especially efficient when you want high UV protection, improves stability of the other sunscreen ingredients), aloe leaf extract (anti-aging, moisturizing, lightens blemishes and reduces acne, healing, reduces scarring), and panthenol (penetrates deeply into the skin, hydrating, helps to infuse water into the cells, moisturizing). To quickly note, I received this for free from YesStyle in exchange for my honest review.
The sunscreen contains 50 ml (1.69 oz) and is fragrance-free.
The sunscreen is very lightweight.
It's very creamy and hydrating.
It absorbs well and is very hydrating, it leaves a dewy finish.
There's no flashback and it doesn't feel sticky or tacky after applying.
Recommended use is to apply to areas easily exposed to UV rays at the last step of skincare. Note: this is the renewal version of their Matcha Hydrating Real Sun Screen (which is one of my favorites). After using it, I've really been enjoying this sunscreen; it's gentle and extremely moisturizing. It has no fragrance, and it's very nourishing. It leaves my skin moisturized, but it's not sticky or even tacky, and it makes a good base for base makeup. It's also nice to reapply as it really refreshes my complexion. It also contains great ingredients with no irritants. I haven't noticed any irritation, and it's easy on the eye area. I don't have anything to say other than it's a great sunscreen. I'd recommend this to anyone, but especially if you prefer a dewy look to your sunscreens.
What I like: it's a great follow-up to their last sunscreen. It's nourishing, hydrating, and leaves my skin looking more radiant and refreshed. There are no irritants in the ingredient list, and there's no fragrance. It's also gentle around my eyes, and I think this is my new favorite. Another plus side is that this is so affordable. What I don't like: nothing, truly.
