The Ruling Trinity (3 Emperors of the Galaxy) are clones of the same once upon a time emperor with different ages: an old man, a younger man and a pretty young child. They seem to form a family of sorts, as the child clone gets affection and teachings from the middle clone ("father", "head of the entire unit"), while the old clone ("grandfather") gives general council but is not quite in charge anymore. They have a millennium old robot nanny/councillor, who seems to have raised them all at some point. They very obviously perpetuate a very rigid education, teaching the child both wisdom and cruelty at a young age. But since it's 3 generations coexisting together, you very clearly see how the young man, who's molding the child, has been molded himself, and it's such an interesting dynamic to observe.
