Needed a pick me up a bit ago, found the old drawing on the left when I was going through a couple things, decided to redraw it if I had made her with the skills I have now, the drawing’s 9 years old. O_o

Headshot sketch done over the course of the day on Friday re: my dominant shoulder’s still acting up and therefore can’t draw for long periods of time right now. I don’t know if I’m going to refine this or not. ._.

Character is Tamama Cras’d’Vaadra (Name changed over time to be spelled as Crays’d’Vaadra in current time), who was Queen of Aziraa (Now Aylagale) 300 ages/3,000 years prior to current time.

Been meaning to post this for a couple weeks now, but got slammed with finals + work. X_x

This is a traditional redo of this old thing.

Mediums: HB pencil, Black Copic multiliner .5mm, white gel pen, Prismacolor colored pencils. and brown Conté crayon on 9x12in Strathmore sketchbook paper.

Commission Status

Taken with my phone- scanning would take a little too much time, am on a limited timeframe at the moment. This was originally going to be just a sketch, then I got carried away, and here we are.

Character is Zeladanial Ira Gales, Heir Mistress to the Throne in Aylagale. Her title and full name here though, a few years down from the current time, is Zeladanial Ira Gales’a’Verto, High Queen of Aylagale and Lady of Driliiad/Driland.

I will update with a completed, scanned version once it’s complete.

Anyway, this is a WIP redo of this (from December 2009) and this (from February 2012). Just need to figure out how to shade her light blonde curly hair in grayscale. -_-
