I have two main AUs for FNAF currently, but I don’t want to make this post twice as long as it least is, so I’m just going to be going over the one I’ve made the most content for: The Golden Trio! (No, not the Harry Potter trio.)

The Golden Trio AU starts out exactly like regular FNAF, with all the FNAF lore we know and love, but diverges around 2000 in the games timeline.

Henry Emily goes back to the original Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza location, and tucked in a corner, he finds an old Fredbear springlock suit. He’s too tired that night to think straight, and knee-deep in tainted nostalgia, so he does the least sensible thing someone would do in that situation: he puts it on.

You can guess whether that goes well.

On the bright side, at least Cassidy and David (the Crying Child) have adult supervision now!

Most of this AU is just flipping between Funny Ghost Kid Shenanigans and Crushing Henry Angst. Willry is implied.

Art references below! Some of them are almost a year old— I need to update them, lol.

Cassidy! I HC them at about 11 when they died.

Dave! He possessed the Fredbear plush in this AU, which was then put into the Fredbear animatronic itself. He died at about 9 in this AU, and I’m playing around with saint/martyr symbology for him.

Henry! I must admit to being the #1 Sad Henry Enjoyer Of All Time. my sproinkle

And, of course, Fredbear himself! Henry is the only one able to control the animatronic while in machine mode. (This design is pretty old, but it’s the most comprehensive ref sheet I have for the suit.)
