Wyatt feels like shit. He hasn’t talked to anyone, is the thing. He hasn’t told anyone about the things that are going on with him, about his relationships, about how he’s feeling in regards to his job, his family. It just feels like he’s about to burst with everything that he’s keeping inside. That’s only part of the reason he invites Elio over, of course. Part because while it is important, the majority of his reasoning lies behind the fact he misses him. Desperately, too. They’ve been best friends for so long now that any time apart feels like a long time, and this has been ages in Wyatt’s books. Tonight is going to be incredibly cathartic for far more than one reason. Snacks and alcohol are provided, of course, and the door is very much unlocked. He shoots him a quick text to inform him of both, and then settles in, curled up on his sofa with enough blankets to smother him should he fall asleep in the wrong position. He’s just getting over a sickness, and it’s lingering a bit in his body.
@axrelio.
