High school and Unlikely Friends.(closed)
Emrys Barton was strolling through the halls, ignoring the stares and whispers his earring and visible tattoos always brought on. A backpack slung over his right shoulder and mind in another world, the world of his birth, and the hours spent training with his mother. The teen sighs, all that training and now he was a jock. 'Oh well....that's what dad wants me to do, blend in.'Ā Emrys sighs again, blending in was not his strong point. He steps into class, going straight to his seat in the back and lounging back in desk as he gazed out the second floor window.
His mind was still on his mother, she'd died two months ago and since then Emrys had been living with his father Clint Barton, going to school and even playing a sport.Ā LacrosseĀ was well suited for him since it pushed at his limits, the only hard part wasĀ restatingĀ his phoenix side since his father had warned him about keeping a low profile, this world wasn't kind to people who had powers.
