I’m not sure I can make predictions at this stage, it depends on my mental health. I’d like to say within a couple of years?

The two books I have on the burner now are a novelisation of Dragonslayer (the first four chapters you can read for free here), and Min’s third book. I’m likely to do Dragonslayer first, but honestly? If what gets me writing again is finishing Min’s trilogy, it’s better for me in the long run to do that first. 

Min’s third book will be a big monster-sized book like UMS. There’s a lot of narrative I need to pace appropriately and not rush or cram in there. 

Regarding the exactly ‘when’ of it, I’ve stopped trying to put exact timeframes on when I write or finish stuff because in the past 12 months I’ve just let people down with broken promises. However, as I always say, mental health is cyclical, it always gets better - it’s just I’m not able to predict when it will. 

I’m investing heavily in getting better, though - I have 6 therapy sessions in the next 3 months (my poor wallet), I’m spending less time on Toxic Tumblr and more time on other social media platforms, I’ve switched meds, and I’m also taking better care of myself, physically.
