βIβve never been a runner...β βI canβt run...β I got up this morning and decided that I was going to run everyday. Just like that. I told my negative self to STFU and just did it. Taking it slow with the @nikerunning app it was super easy AND FUN. First run I did was 23 mins, nice and slow taking my time, stopping where I needed to. I felt good after so decided to do another run, this one was 22 mins and I ran the entire time- no problems or concerns just got into the rhythm and took charge of my pace and breathing. It was liberating. Now I know many of you that run regularly probably whip out 10k, 5k without thinking / so 22mins doesnβt sound like much. To me though it felt amazing.
