I am learning... yes learning the hard way that to be a great leader is not about making people like you. It's not about mediocrity and sentimentality... the result you get with those is that your subordinates take you for granted and think they can get away with anything. As a leader, you need to be tough... rid of sentiments, professional to the core and ready to stand your ground in the face of challenges.
