I’m having a really high anxiety day and I have therapy this afternoon and I just genuinely had the thought “I should cancel therapy because if I talk about the things making me upset I’ll get upset”

everyone being patient with me ily tysm i've just not felt the desire to speak to anyone in a few months LOL like having to be social irl drains me and then a man had the audacity to ask if i ever wanted to get tea with him and i said oh okay maybe sure perhaps someday just to be polite you know and did not set a day and today i hid upstairs at work to pack herbs bc i knew he'd be back today LOOOL like he comes every weds/thurs usually but anyway looking into changing my weds/thurs hours to 10-2 or finding a new job because i'll be damned LSDKJBCKSJADB
