Last pic of Naples (for now). So, a number of years ago I had started getting fairly sick. It started with unexplained weight gain and constantly feeling sick after eating. No local doctors wanted or even seemed inclined to help (they kept saying I was fine). It wasn't until I moved to Poland that I finally got help and they started treating my thyroid. I was also lucky to find an unbelievable endocrinologist who didn't treat me like a number but rather like a human being. Gasp! As a result I overhauled my diet and gluten was one ingredient that I eliminated. That was until I got to Naples, where I had planned to eat pizza and I have to admit that it was totally worth it. I only had one but it was amazing. To be fair the gluten free Neapolitan pizza I had was pretty incredible too and by far the best pizza I've had.
