Summary: Cedric loves spending the summer with you, and you love making lemonade
(This is apart of @kalimagikâ and @hufflefluff-writerâ âs summer collection of imagines. Please enjoy!)
âCedric!â you called, âWill you come in here for a second?â
âHold on! Iâll be in in a moment!â Cedric yelled from the garden outside. This summer, Amos Diggory had so graciously allowed you to visit your lovely boyfriend at their home in Ottery St. Catchpole. Cedric greeted you in the beginning, running out from the front garden and spinning you around.Â
The summer was spent in lovely strolls around town, sitting in the garden whilst Cedric potted flowers and making dinners together. Mr. Diggory was delighted to have you around as it seemed to put a certain younger Diggory in an exceptional mood and even invited you to the Quidditch Tournament which you agreed to.Â
Cedric walked in through the blue kitchen door, wiping his hands from the dirt on his jeans. He smiled at you, cheeks red from the sun, and hair slicked back from the sweat. In his hands held a bouquet of flowers he had just plucked. All different flowers in different colours. âFor you, my love,â he offered making you coo.Â
To any other person, this perhaps would seem too cliche however the smile you beamed made it all worthwhile. You placed the flowers in a vase and onto the kitchen counter to bask in the summer sun. âYouâre too sweet to me,â
âIâm never too sweet for you,â Cedric replied, âNow, what did you need, Darling?â he asked, putting his hands on your waist.Â
You turned and sent him a smile while holding out a spoon with liquid in it. Cedricâs eyes flickered to the pitcher in front of you that you had been stirring.
âOpen your mouth,â you said, holding the spoon to his lips.
âShould I be worried?â Cedric joked,
âAbsolutely not,â you spooned the liquid into Cedricâs mouth.Â
Cedric paused before his lips began to pucker and he shook his head trying to rid himself of the taste.âWhat is that? Itâs quite sour, donât you think?â
âIs it?â you asked, frowning and stirring the pitcher with a long spoon, âItâs lemonade, I used the lemons from the garden.â
âLemonade? Iâve never heard of it, what is it?â Cedric leaned with his forearms on the counter.
âMy mother used to make it for me in the summertime, itâs water,â you ticked off with your fingers, âlemons and... sugar! Oh! The sugar!â you face palmed before spooning a heaping of sugar in it and stirring vigorously. âIâm a right fool! How could I forget sugar?â you muttered.Â
Cedric watched and admired his lovely girlfriend. He had seen you before in regular clothes however seeing you in your yellow sundress, hair pinned up and legs showing made him feel quite woozy. You were delectable and heâd drink the sour concoction you made just to make you smile.
âA fool? Maybe not. Perhaps a little forgetful is all,â Cedric grinned before you waved your hand.
âYouâre only saying that because Iâm your girlfriend.â
âYes, well, I wouldnât lie to my girlfriend, would I?â
You narrowed your eyes jokingly, âIâd better hope not, Mr. Diggory.âÂ
You dipped your spoon once more in the lemonade. âThis should taste better. Open up then.âÂ
Cedric complied and allowed you to feed him the muggle drink. As he closed his eyes, you looked at him worriedly.Â
âWas it not enough sugar? Blimey, I never thought Iâd be so rubbish at a simple muggle drink,â
Cedric shooshed you and placed his hands on your hips once more, âDonât throw a fit. Itâs delicious. I actually quite love it.â
You clapped your hands excitedly, âLovely! Iâm so glad. Cedric, be a dear and continue to stir so I can grab the glasses from the cabinet.â
âOf course,â Cedric resumed your position and stirred, looking over his shoulder at your figure reaching up to grab the glasses in the cupboard. Cedric turned back and quickly spooned an excess amount of sugar into the drink. Though it was better the second time around, Cedric had to stop himself from puckering his lips and even swallowed a lemon seed as he didnât want to upset you. The things you do for love, right?Â
As you brought forth the glasses and Cedric had successfully succeeded in his diversion, you pecked him on the cheek.
âYour father will be home around four, shall we enjoy this in the garden?â
Cedric followed your footsteps into the garden and sat with you at the wooden table. As you poured the lemonade, Cedric peered at you again with concentration. You were so unbelievably beautiful, doing the simplest things truly brought a man, like himself, to gaze in complete awe. The two of you sipped happily, holding hands and enjoying the sun. You felt the grass tickle your bare toes and the warm breeze brush against your shoulders.Â
âI wish every summer was like this,â you hummed, smelling the sweet scent of the air.Â
âIt could be,â
âOh?âÂ
âWe finish school soon, we could get a cottage.â
âA cottage? With what money?â
âWell,â Cedric put his head on his hand, âBy the time we finish, Iâll be in the ministry and youâll be a teacher. Why wouldnât we buy a cottage?â
âIf itâs one like this, Iâll gladly agree.â
âIt could be,â Cedric said cooly.
âBut it must have a garden.â
âOh, of course! And a kitchen facing it,â
âIf weâre making promises, we may as well get a cat.â
âA cat?â Cedric wrinkled his nose, âPerhaps a small dog.â
âA dog, any creature of any sort Iâd say. A dragon even.â
Cedric raised his eyebrows, ââm not the biggest fan of dragons,â
âOh, but I am. Imagine that, a small cottage with the two of us and a big dragon.â
Cedric let out a low chuckle before leaning close to you. You blushed at the close proximity. Even after two years, you still flushed at the idea of Cedric kissing you. He didnât mind, he actually enjoyed seeing your cheeks tint.Â
âAs long as youâre there? Iâll be alright.â
âDonât get ahead of yourself there, Diggory, we still have to finish schooling.â
âDoesnât matter, Iâll be with you at Hogwarts as well.â
âOf course you will,â He moved in, placing a hand on your knee, just where your dress ended. The touch of bare skin to his hand made you blush furiously, placing a shy smile on your face. Cedric placed a gently kiss on your lips and you could feel a smile imprinting on his cheeks. A kiss with Cedric is always slow. He never wanted to rush, he wanted to feel as though he had all the time in the world to kiss his favorite person in the universe.
âDid you like the lemonade, Dear?â you whispered against his lips,
âMore than anything,â Cedric replied before kissing you sweetly again.

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity! @hufflefluff-writer
The air was already humid, your skin sticky with sweat as you strode next the your boyfriend. You woke up Harry when it was still dark out, so you could go on a walk before it was hotter than Merlinâs fireplace. He wasnât quite happy you shook him awake from his deep sleep to exercise, grumbling the whole time while he got ready. He eventually woke up and was willing to talk after a couple minutes of silence.
You passed by a pond with ducks splashing around, frogs along the edge still ribbitting.
âIsnât this nice, Harry? We donât have to rush anywhere. We have the whole day to ourselves,â you thought aloud trying to get a response from him.
âYeah. Although you did seem to hurry me out of bed this morning,â he joked.
âOnly so we could see the sunrise! I know work has been hard for you, so I thought this could help.â
Potter reached for your hand and squeezed reassuringly. âThank you. I appreciate that,â
Harry has been working longer shifts lately as an Auror because one of his coworkers got injured. You felt awful seeing him come back exhausted after a long day, so youâd go to his apartment and cook dinner, tidy up the place, and open the door to greet him. On days he had off, he would always do the same for you.
You continued to walk the path admiring the orange and pink sky. The day was just beginning, giving you excitement on how you could spend the day with your boyfriend. Lately youâve started a project to introduce muggle summer activities to him because he was robbed of a fun childhood. So far youâve blown bubbles, played with chalk, and had a water balloon fight. He was a little unsure at first; the activities were childish, but by the end of the day, he really seemed to enjoy it.
âOoo dandelions!â You pointed out a small patch a little ahead. Letting go of Harryâs hand, you jogged over to the yellow flowers. Seven were gathered into a small bouquet; the odd amount was your favorite number as it the amount of time youâve known Harry. Sitting next to him after the sorting was your best decision youâve made as a kid.
He caught up to you and accepted the yellow bunch. âThank you. Youâre so sweet,â he smiles before kissing your forehead.
You giggled and continued walking. âIn the summer my friends and I would tie those together to make flower crowns, bracelets, and anklets. And when they became white and fluffy, we would make a wish and blow on them. Oh gosh I remember finding a bunch of them and thinking the more I found, the more likely my wish would come true,â you reminisced.
âWhat did you wish for?â
âLove. To find my soulmate.â You squeezed his hand and looked into his green eyes.
Harry had the most content look on his face like he could stay there forever. He liked forgetting about his difficult job sometimes; it was like all the worries would melt away with your warmth.
âIf you were to wish for something now, what would it be?â Harry asked.
âIâm not supposed to tell you! It wouldnât come true if I did,â you lightly slapped his arm.
âI would wish for you to stop hitting me,â he laughed rubbing his arm pretending to be hurt.
You threw your head back and laughed. âNow your wish wonât come true!â
After you both had stopped laughing and were in a comfortable silence, Harry gave you a dandelion from the bouquet.
âWould you like me to teach you how to tie these?â you ask.
âSure.â
You made a loop connecting the top and bottom of the stem making a ring. The yellow flower the gem.
âI love how you are genuinely interested in my childhood and my antics to let you experience how yours should have been,â you thanked him as you handed the flower ring back.
âWell Iâm genuinely interested in you, Y/N.â
You blushed heavily and melted under his gaze. Harry smiled. The bouquet was handed back to you, and he suddenly stopped. A confused look on your face caused him to chuckle.
He got down on one knee, taking his time to ask you the desired question. âWill you.....wear this lovely ring you made?â
You scoffed at his teasing. âAbsolutely, Harrykins,â you said in the most annoying voice you could muster, âYou jerk.â
Harry laughed hard; he was clearly enjoying causing you trouble. He gingerly slid the handmade ring onto your finger, and stood back up.
You gently shoved him and giggled. âI canât believe you did that!â
He wrapped his arm around you. âIâm sorry,â he half laughed. You could tell he was holding back another chuckle.
âCan we get ice cream?â You asked him with puppy dog eyes.
A/N: I have been struggling a lot recently in finding the motivation write but I pushed myself to get this writing finished on time and Iâm happy with what I came up with. I hope everyone truly enjoys this!Â

Oliver Wood x Female!Reader
During any other Summer holiday being asked to join in on some fun summer Quidditch time wouldn't be such a bad thing; you loved the magical sport and were always up for keeping your skills sharp, but this summer? Being asked to train with your teammate and boyfriend who happens to be none other than Oliver Wood? Oh boy! Quidditch in the summer had never been more un-fun. While you loved him more than anyone in the world, he often took practice to extreme levels and pushed not only himself too far, but you as well.
It was just like any other day, you were out on the makeshift quidditch pitch in his backyard under the scorching sun, sweating from places that you didnât know you could sweat from. âA nice big glass of ice cold water would be perfect right about now. If only Oliver would let me take a small rest and then I could-â
â(Y/N)! Câmon now lass, focus!â
You peer down to the hovering boy a couple feet below you with a pout. âOliver this is torture! Weâve been out here for hours and itâs boiling! Iâm practically melting here! Love, I need REST! Sustenance! Weâve been pushing ourselves way too much recently and-.â
âOnly a couple more drills and then you can have your break.âÂ
You couldnât help the angry scoff that rolled out from your mouth, âYou said that two and a half hours ago! Just give me a minute, please?â you plead.
âI really mean it this time. Only a couple of more of these plays and you can have all the break time you want, I pinky promise darlinâ,truly! â The audacity of this man. Using my special promises.
With a huff you wipe the sweat from your forehead with the back of your hand and take a deep breath in before quickly giving him the go-ahead to call out the next drill he was having you fly through.âThe quicker I get through these flight patterns heâs been firing at me left and right, the quicker I get what I want, that is how this should work, right?â The teammate side of you was quickly regretting saying yes to Oliverâs request to join his training this summer but the girlfriend side of you couldnât help but accept his invitation. Just how could you have said no to those big adorable puppy dog eyes of his?
âThis next one is more of an individual exercise. I designed it specifically for you chasers but now that I think about it...it really could be more of a full team thing and- never mind that right now! Anyways, here it isâŚâ he begins rambling on about what he had come up with and how it came to be but the only thing you could focus on was how weird you began to feel. Shrugging it off you, you advert your attention back to him catching the ending of his tangent. With a nod of your head you steady yourself before taking off.Â
Oliver had timed your flight but with the results not being where he liked, he had you repeat the exercise again. âTry willing yourself to fly faster this time. Try getting your time under a minute. Remember, push! You can do this.â
Although you are ready to hex the daylights out of him, you indulged him anyway. âYouâre lucky that youâre cute Wood.â
Going again, you push yourself to go faster as Oliver requested but in the middle of weaving between the enchanted cones that were floating in the sky with you, you were starting to feel the full extent of your exhaustion hitting you full force. Your head begins to spin making your vision blur and your eyes feel heavier than lead. Before you can comprehend what is happening, you feel yourself slipping from your broom.Â
From the other side of his yard, Oliver watched with a proud smile on his face as you flew through the air, whizzing around his obstacles with precise speed and agility. Although he had never actually expressed it aloud, he was more than beyond thankful for you putting up with him and his long days out in the sun perfecting the improved quidditch program he had put together for his last year at Hogwarts. Before he could spend any more time gazing at you with admiration, he watched as you slipped from your broom mid flight. His face twists into a look of horror before he kicks into action, racing to save you before you can hit the ground.Â
By the grace of Merlin himself, he makes it across the yard just in time to seize you but with the sudden addition of extra weight atop his own broom, you both crash to the earth below you. With a groan of pain, Oliver takes the brunt of the landing due to shielding your slightly limp figure. He quickly and carefully sits up, moving you onto the ground beside him so he can check you over. Your face was clammy and flushed an awfully unnatural shade of red, your eyes half opened with an almost vacant expression; it looked like you were dead! When he could hardly see the rise and fall of your chest, that was when then panic really began to sink in.
â(Y/N)! (Y/N) sweetheart, are you alright?! Hey, hey, look at me, Iâm right here. Can you see me?â
While everything was slightly muffled in sound, you could see everything staring down at you slowly becoming clearer by the second. The bright clear sky, the bright rays of the beating sun... Oliverâs beautiful brown eyes filled with worry.
You give your eyes a couple of good slow blinks and with a gentle nod of your head, you silently let him know that yes, you can see him. He lets a small sigh of relief, reaching over to your shoulders to slowly sit you up. Once completely upright, you space out for a quick moment attempting to rid your head free of it's fuzziness. Glancing over to him again, you see his eyes are zeroed in on yours and his lips are moving.Â
âW-what?â you croaked.Â
He slowly repeated his question, âI asked you what happened? You were doing so well and the next thing I know, you were falling.â
A sigh escaped your lips, âI was trying to push myself harder like you told me. With the combination of the heat which, mind you, is completely intolerable, exhaustion from these constant vigorously long days, and not eating since early this morning, my body just gave up. I suppose it knew that I was mentally and physically worn out and in need of a timeout.â
He looks away with a scowl, his heart shattering. âYou said you needed to take a rest but I just pushed it off and look at what happened!â His head whips back âround to you as he grabs at your hands, clutching them in his much larger ones. âIâm so sorry that I have been wearing you thin this week and Iâm even more so for just now realizing it. I'm probably the worst boyfriend in the world right now.â he seethed.Â
âItâs okay Oliver. Iâm okay, really, my body just isnât used to this level of intensive training just yetâ you give him a sweet smile, gently squeezing his hand. He leaned into you, giving you a tender loving kiss on the cheek before pulling away.
âSo..â you begin, âbefore we get back on the brooms, how about we go dig into that lunch your mum left us?â you give him a gentle but tired smile.Â
Your handsome boyfriend stares blankly at you like you had just grown three new heads. âExcuse me? Get back on the brooms? No. No way are we doing that. Quidditch for you, little lady, is canceled for the rest of the day and in fact, the rest of the summer.â He helps you to your feet before wrapping his strong arms around you lifting you bridal style to carry you back across the vast yard towards his home to settle down and rest for the remainder of the hot summerâs day.Â
Oh, how you loved this overprotective man. âBut I thought- what if I-â
â No, I mean it. For the rest of the summer, quidditch is canceled.â
Wrapping your arms around his neck as he carried you, you couldnât help but smirk at his statement and use the same words he spoke to Professor McGonagall this previous school year against him. âYou canât cancel quidditch!â

Your forehead was sticky with sweat, beads slowly dribbling down your temples. The heat was suffocating, but you were far from giving up on the task at hand.
Another weed. Another hole. Snipping back another branch of Mollyâs unruly rose bush. Nudge another worm into the freshly dug dirt, away from the mountain of weeds yet to be pulled.
It was the least you could do, really, straighten up Mollyâs unruly garden as thanks for letting you stay with the twins over the summer. Although you were a relatively good influence on the boys â infinitely kind to their mother, at least â and a sweet person to have around, your affinity for pranks and adventures married with the twinsâ frighteningly well and ended in more than a few explosions and messes.
So making it up to Molly really was the least you could do. And before she came home from afternoon tea, you were determined to finish reviving the neglected portions of her garden. While her herbs and front walkway looked divine, her back garden had been abandoned over the years as both the Weasley family and subsequent parental demands had grown; hopefully now with all her children in school, sheâd have a little more time to enjoy the full breadth of her yardâs offerings. Hopefully your efforts would kick start that process a little.
However, it was hot. Miserably so. And each movement made a fresh layer of sweat prickle across your skin and dampen your shirt. That was why, you suspected, the twins had opted to stay inside and work on their miniature lion fireworks (a new Gryffindor staple) over helping you pull weeds.
Well, that was probably part of the reason.
The other part Fred just so happened to be pondering a few meters away inside the house. Maybe heâd started it, but youâd certainly retaliated with fervor, and he wasnât sure what to do about it now.
~
A week earlier.
It had been hot. The sweltering kind of hot that makes the head heavy and the skin slick. To Freddie, it was the perfect time for a prank to raise the spirits. However, heâd made you the unwitting target of his prank; a mistake.
You were outside with Ginny playing quidditch on a break from firework formulating when Fred had spotted you outside the window. Panting from the heat, youâd spiraled back toward the ground, fanning yourself in the hopes of finding a little relief from the hot, stagnant air.
Seeing you standing there unassuming with your back to the door lit an excitement in Fredâs belly. It had been ages since heâd pranked you; tensions had been running high as of late with the multiple failed attempts he and George had experienced with their fireworks. But a prank! That would certainly brighten his day with a bit of fun!
Filling a glass with water and some ice, he snuck out the door, creeping behind the bushes, through the overgrowth in your direction. Light on his feet and you too hot to be on guard, it was easy for him to sneak up behind you, an excited grin curling the corners of his lips. Ginny was zipping laps around the garden, and your eyes lazily followed her. Youâd never suspect someone was creeping up behind you.
With only a bush between you, he crouched, waiting for Ginny to move a little farther, turn the other way. One loop⌠two⌠and⌠gotcha!
Jumping from his hiding spot, he splashed the ice water down your neck, watching with an evil smile as the cubes slipped down the collar of your shirt and soaked the fabric across your back.
âFred!â you gasped, glaring as you shook the ice out from under your clothes. Although your glare was stern, it was mostly from annoyance. You werenât angry at him, and he knew that. He knew that you wouldnât truly be angry at him even before heâd left the kitchen. You always forgave him for the silly pranks.
However, one thing he forgot is that when you feel bored, you donât forgive. Not really. Instead you get revenge.
And as nice as it wouldâve been for that revenge to just be the playful grin that erupted from your face as you chased him around the yard for an innocent â not at all wet â hug, that certainly wasnât the level of revenge you were planning on getting.
~
While he watched you from inside the kitchen, skirting behind the window curtain, your mind lingered on the revenge and the aftermath of said revenge that occurred a few days later. Great minds think alike, but can occasionally have terrible timing.
~
Half a week earlier.
You hadnât been particularly cross with Freddie following the events that transpired. However, you were keeping a careful eye out for a moment to enact revenge. That moment presented itself a few days later.
Taking an afternoon nap hadnât been part of your plan, but the melody trickling from Ginnyâs radio lulled you to sleep with ease. When you woke, the sun was low in the afternoon sky and the house was relatively empty. Wandering down to the kitchen, you found the twins outside.
Though you couldnât tell at the time, they were kneeling before a few fireworks containers, and what youâd missed was the bickering that had started between the brothers when the first two formula attempts were lit and, unfortunately, failed. Theyâd intended to create small roaring lions that would captivate the audience, but instead the first firework resulted in a blob of sparks and the second attempt had misfired completely. But you couldnât possibly have guessed they were having such a terrible day when you noticed them hunched in the garden, two fiery mops of red hair glowing in the afternoon sun. They looked warm, and you realized it was the perfect opportunity to help Freddie cool off in the same gracious manner heâd helped you.
Procuring a tall glass of ice water, you snuck out the back door and quietly maneuvered through the unruly shrubbery. They were several meters away, and you crept through the garden out of earshot, approaching slowly and steadily.
âBloody hell, George,â Fred mumbled, adjusting the last firework in front of him. âI thought weâd nailed the schematics on the first one.â
George sighed. âLetâs just try the last one. If it doesnât work better than the first one, weâll start with those designs and try to fix it.â
He nodded, reaching out to adjust the small tube again.
From your angle, you couldnât see their faces or what they were doing; however, based on the dreadful color of their shirts, you could figure out who was who. Fred was kneeling in front of you, and you were ready to pounce.
Taking a steadying breath, you leapt out from behind the bush, dumping the water on Fredâs neck. George yelped in surprise, scrambling away from you, though the splash zone was primarily concentrated on his counterpart already.
The water splattered up into Fredâs hair and the ice followed the remaining waterâs path trickling over his shoulders, down the front of his shirt. He was soaked, and you giggled as he shook his hair and attempted to brush the ice from his neck. From where you were standing, George was grinning, too, remembering the prank his brother had mentioned earlier in the week.
But Fred wasnât laughing.
âDammit!â  He turned, fixing you with a glare. Unlike your reaction to his prank, he looked like he meant it. âThat was our last prototype to test!âÂ
Your gaze fell to the object in his hand, a tube of most likely ruined potion ingredients completely soaked with water. âFred, Iâm sorry,â you said, reaching out to take the firework. âWe can fix it. I promise Iâll help.â
âIt doesnât matter,â he bit, yanking the hand with the firework away from you. âWeâre out of potion ingredients and it took us weeks to make the ones we had.â
George took a step toward him. âItâll be fine, mate. We know what we did wrong this time.â
âNo we donât,â he growled, sending you another glare. âWe have no idea if this solution works or not.â
âFred, Iâm sorry,â you said, reaching out again to try to take the tube. Maybe there was a way you could fix it.
âJust leave me alone.â He whirled away, walking around the side of the house, clenched fists and defeated shoulders keeping you from following.
You were mad at Fred for yelling at you, but also understood why he was so frustrated. The firework building hadnât been going very well - apparently things were much more difficult in miniature - and progress seemed to be lurking far beyond the horizon. You hadnât meant to ruin one of their chances for success (and Fred knew that!), but you couldnât shake the guilt in your chest that you hadnât been helping them much with construction.
Over the next several days, Fred stayed stiff with you, more due to his own pride and frustrations than anything else. However, you tried to put that aside and help with the project at hand. Excelling in potions, you helped them develop a much better concoction to put in the fireworks; something easier to charm and provide the rich hues of red and gold they were looking for.
Sliding the filled tube in front of him, you gently kissed his cheek. âItâs all yours, Freddie. I hope it works better this time.â And without another word, you disappeared to Ginnyâs room to get a good nightâs sleep before the gargantuan task of cleaning out Mollyâs back garden began the following morning.
~
From inside the house, he stood watching you, guilt eating away at his insides for getting cross with you in the first place. He loved you. The last thing he wanted was to hurt you; he hoped you knew that.
Sighing, he nibbled on the edge of his thumb, scratching his fingers along the faint stubble along his jaw. No matter what, you were always tackling something, persevering even if it meant doing so by yourself. You deserved better, and he had to find a way to make it up to you. But first he needed to make amends.
You rubbed your hand over your forehead again, attempting to wipe away a bit of the sweat before it trickled into your eyes. What a heatwave. What a summer. The dirt caked into your fingernails and the weeds stuck to your skin, but you were running out of time before Molly came home and you were determined to finish your task. With the hot sun beating down on your shoulders, though, you were quickly growing too hot and tired to keep going.
There was a rustle behind you, footsteps, and you shifted to find the source of the sound. You were met with a sheepish looking mop of red hair. Fred. Holding a cup.
He stopped beside you, nudging a pile of dirt with the toe of his shoe. âIâm sorry.â Your brow arched in surprise, and he chuckled at your face. âI was a git. A terrible one. I shouldnât have let my temper get the better of me the other day. I was really disappointed about the fireworks, but thatâs not an excuse. I shouldnât have yelled at you. Iâm sorry.â Thrusting the cup forward jerkily, he glanced down at it. âI bought a peace offering. You looked hot.â
You smiled a welcoming smile, the one that reminded him that no matter what, youâd always care. He let go of his breath, shoulders visibly relaxing knowing you werenât upset with them. Then your smile morphed into something more mischievous, eyes growing bright as you stood, and worry lurched into his throat. âI looked hot, huh?â You reached into the glass of ice and popped one into your mouth, grabbing another to rub along the bare expanse of your wrist.
He gulped, blushing as he watched you. âUm, yeah. Itâs warm out.â
âYeah, it is.â You popped another cube in your mouth, grabbing two more to rub along your neck. The cool water dribbled against your skin, dripping against the collar of your tank top and running down your chest, disappearing under your shirt.
Was it getting even hotter out here or was it just him? His face felt as red as his hair. Merlin, you looked incredible. He still couldnât believe heâd met you that day on the train to Hogwarts.
As the final bit of your ice cube melted over your neck, Fred reached into the glass and grabbed the last ice cube, popping it into his mouth.
âHey!â you pouted, giving him a little push. âThat was meant to be mine!â
âYou want it?â he asked, speech slurring around the cube. He flashed the ice between his teeth, grinning. âCome and get it.â
You barely hesitated to jump forward, pressing your lips against his own. He stumbled, surprised and caught off balance by the sheer force of your kisses. His hands grasped around your sides, pulling you closer and steadying himself.
He nearly choked on the ice, more focused on you â your hands, your lips, your body, kissing you back â than anything else, but at the rate you were kissing him, it didnât take very long for the ice to melt.

I tried to make it an all houses possible, but I think being a Slytherin doesn't really fit in. Sorry.Â
Pairing: Blaise Zabini x reader
Words:Â 1442
Warnings: The âMâ word. The end is crap and kinda rushed? I really struggled with writing an end to this fic. I apologize for that in advance

âOh come on Blaise, this is going to be fun!â skipping excitedly, you drag a sulking Blaise with you.Â
âYou know I love you darling, but do we really need to do this?â he complains again âcan't we just stay at one of my families mansions?â
âBlaise Zabiniâ you glare at him sternly âlisten to me young man, I could've easily asked someone else to join me on this trip, someone who wouldn't be complaining all the time. If I remember correctly, you willingly offered to join me, so stop complaining. You want to waltz around one of your mansions? Fine, but I'm going on this trip whether you are joining me or not.â
Before you left your shared flat, you had asked your boyfriend a dozen of times if he was certain on wanting to join you. Of course, you knew camping was something Blaise had never done and you didn't think he ever wanted to change that. After all he was raised in a wealthy pure blood family, one who never did something so common. Blaise was used to wealth and luxury.       To say the least you were utterly surprised when your dark skinned boyfriend offered joining you on the trip you usually went on with your parents.Â
Sadly enough they passed away during the Battle of Hogwarts, it took you months to be able to speak about them without bursting into tears, now a year after their passing, you went on the same camping trip in honour of your parents' memory. Now Blaise knew the past year had been difficult for you, after all you were very close with your parents and it absolutely broke your heart when you learned they had passed away. Blaise had been there for you every second of every day, he loved you dearly and that was why he offered going camping with you. He just didn't realize it was way out of his comfort zone.
To say the least, when people found out about your relationship, they were shocked. After all you guys weren't even friends, heck you never even talked to each other. If that wasn't enough shock already, you being a (Y/H) half blood didn't really help. Everyone knew how Blaise was raised, they all thought he would end up with a pure blood witch, just like his mother wanted. She had even already made progress into getting Blaise into an arranged marriage.      When she had heard word of your relationship, she was furious.Â
It wasn't as bad if you had been a muggle born or - Salazar forbid - even a muggle, but still. You were a (Y/H) and not to forget a muggle born sympathizer, to put it mildly Blaise's mother wasn't happy with you.Â
Of course Blaise already suspected this, so when you first started dating both of you agreed on keeping it a secret. Alas, as with all secrets, people eventually found out about it. When they did, you were scared that Blaise would break up with you. You were convinced he would run back to his mother in order to be married off to some pure blood witch, when you voiced your insecurities Blaise took every moment he could to make sure you knew he would always stay by your side.Â
"Are we nearly there yet?" Blaise whines "it's so warm and I just want to cuddle you" he continues while pulling you into an embrace.Â
You let out a yelp of surprise and giggle lightly "yes over there at the foot of the hill" you point towards the hill "but we still have to pitch the tent."
"What? We can't just use our wands for that?" Blaise pulls you even closer and plants a small kiss on your lips, while groaning softly at the idea of setting up a tent with the hot summer air.Â
"I think we could, but my parents and I never used magic" he looked down at you with pursed lips "let me guess, you want to pitch the tent without using our wands?" You bit your lip and nodded.Â
"Do we really have to (Y/N/N)?" you could clearly see he just wanted to be done with it and use your wands, however you wouldn't budge.Â
"Please? I love you, you know" you said to him, trying to persuade him, while batting your eyelashes at him. "Yes I know that, love. Fine, you win, but you have to do the work."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After several failures, the tent finally stood in its glory. In total, it had cost two hours and a lot of grunts from Blaise. He eventually caved in and decided to help you after the first few failed attempts. Because of the hard work you did with the high temperature and all, several beats of sweat covered your face. Blaise had noticed this as well and smirked slyly, he had the perfect plan to cool you down. Eyeing the lake, which was a few meters away from your tent, he called you over to him, slowly walking towards the edge of the lake.Â
"You know (Y/N), I think you could use something refreshing" he said once you were in hearing distance. "Oh?" you cock an eyebrow in surprise "and what did you have in mind?"Â
"This" he grins, for a second you stare at him in confusion, but then he suddenly pushes you into the lake. You yelp in surprise and a wave of water enters your mouth, sputtering you try keeping your head above the water.Â
"BLAISE ZABINI" you scream, while glaring at your boyfriend.Â
You huff while crossing your arms as Blaise rolls on the grass in laughter "shou- shoulda seen your face" the boy roars while tears stream down his face.Â
"Get your bloody arse over here and help me out of the water" you demand, a small smile tugging at your lips.
 Once he is done laughing, he staggers over to you and extends his hand. Instead of allowing him to pull you out of the water, you tug on his hand, and he falls into the water next to you. This time it is you who is howling with laughter.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After drying yourself with a few drying spells, you and Blaise lay in the tent. You snuggle into his side and lay your head on his chest, your legs a tangled mess. 'I love you' he mutters in your ear, while playing with your hair. A smile appears on your face "I love you too" you tell him while placing soft kisses all over his face.Â
"(Y/N)?" Blaise asks to get your attention after a few minutes of silence.Â
"Yeah?" a silence follows and when you tilt your head to look up to him, you notice how he's contemplating about whatever he was going to say.Â
"Hey you know you can tell me anything, right?" he hums in respond.    Another short silence follows and you wait patiently for him to get whatever it is off his chest.Â
"Marry me" your boyfriend blurts, for a second you think you heard it wrong.Â
"I'm sorry, what?" you ask in surprise, completely taken aback by this. "Marry me, please (Y/N/N)" he repeats, while turning to look you in the eye.Â
Before you could even utter a single respond, he already starts rambling.      "I don't mean right away, but just please marry me someday. I love you so much, I just can't imagine living without you and I don't give a damn about what my mother thinks. I don't have a ring yet, but if you say yes I'll get you one as soon as possible. Though I understand if you don't-" you cut him off by pressing your lips to his, pulling away you smile softly at him. "Of course I want to marry you, silly" you stroke his cheek lovingly.
"Are you serious?" he jolts up in surprise "Of course I'm serious" you smile sweetly at him "Oh I love you so much" he cries, before kissing you passionately "I promise you I'll find a ring worthy of you once we get back" you give him a small reassuring smile.Â
"As long as I'm with you, it doesn't matter to me what kind of ring you buy, I just know I want to spend the rest of my life with you and that is the most important thing."
After your little speech, Blaise shoots you a proud grin, "I'm so lucky that I can call you my fiancĂŠe. I love you my dear" "and I love you, my fiancĂŠ" you smile at him before you share a passionate kiss, a long night ahead of you.

This is for âA Very Potter Summerâ writing challenge! âMaking flower crownsâ @hufflefluff-writer & @kalimagik thank you for this opportunity!
X-X-X-X-X-X
The wind is blowing [Y/N] hair across her face. She leans back and smells the sweet scent of the summer air. School will be starting the next day, and as excited as she is to attend her last year at Hogwarts, summer has felt spectacular.
She lays back in the tall grass of the meadow outside her house. She closes her eyes and try to relax.
Relaxing is a lot easier said than done a day before school.
[Y/N] is stressed, and a huge procrastinator. Thankfully, her parents made her pack her stuff over the course of last week. But, she is also insanely nervous for school. Sheâd be seeing James, for the first time in a long time tomorrow. Sheâd kept in touch during the summer, but itâs the not the same as being face to face.
There is a gust of wind and the grass brushes her face. Then to her surprise, she hears a pop. She opens her eyes and blinks a few times.
Did she hear that? Or was she imagining it?
[Y/N] sits up and looks around. She doesnât see anything, until she hears a familiar scoff from behind her. She freezes. No, but it couldnât be...
[Y/N] spins around and is face to face with a James Potter.
âWhat the heck?â [Y/N] says and lunges foreword to hug him. He pulls her in for a tight hug. The wind blows her hair out of her face as she pulls back. James Potter is sitting in front of her, smiling.
âHello [Y/N],â he says. He looks at her and suddenly [Y/N] feels shy under his gaze. Maybe she shouldnât have worn her sundress, with a very low u-neck. She leans back and self consciously puts her hand on the seam of her dress.
âJames! What a surprise. Itâs lovely to see you,â [Y/N] says, smiling.
âEven lovelier to see you,â he says. [Y/N] watches him as he takes a deep breath.
âSo, how have you been?â [Y/N] starts. James and her have an hour long conversation about their summer and how theyâve missed each other. They politely listen to the other as they talk, wind blowing in their hair.
Itâs a beautiful day outside. Not too hot, not too cold. Perfect.
âCan I teach you something,â [Y/N] says once their conversation started coming to an end.
âUm, sure,â he says, unsure. This is [Y/N] we are talking about. She is a full on prankster sometimes.
ââââââ
âHey James, did you know that my I have a boyfriend now?â she said, smiling at James as they walked down the hall in 5th year.
âYou have a boyfriend?â James asked, as he watched [Y/N] blush and hug her books tighter to her chest.Â
âWell, I suppose I do,â she said, her voice trailing off. She looked off into the distance thoughtfully.
âWell, who is it?â he asked. Truthfully, James didnât want to admit that he felt a twinge of jealousy when she told him. Heâs only liked her since the third year. But, sometimes he still flirts with Lily to get on her nerves.
âRemus,â she said, smiling. James felt his heart plummet. Moony deserves a wonderful girl like her, but he still wishes it was his name that rolled off her tongue.Â
His name that gave her butterflies whenever she heard it.Â
âAhh, Moony. Iâm happy for you both,â he said, plastering a smile on his face.
âDamn,â thought [Y/N], âI thought heâd be jealous.â Little did she know, he was jealous, beyond jealous. But being the good friend he was to both Moony and [Y/N] he kept his mouth shut. If they were happy, James was going to let them remain so.
âYeah, Moony,â she said. James looked at her and saw her smile waver.Â
âMoony is a good guy, [Y/N]. I hope you two are happy.â And thatâs when [Y/N] couldnât take it anymore.
âYeah, we are. If only we were actually dating,â she said, smiling at the boy next to her.
âYeah, if only. Wait, what?â James said, confused. [Y/N] laughed so hard, it made James laugh too.
ââââââ
That was the first, and not the last time, James got pranked by her. But, looking at her now, how dang beautiful she is, he had to agree.
âOkay so, you need to pick some flowers,â she says, standing up. James watches her as her hair whips her face and makes her dress blow so slightly. She looks like a scene from out of some muggle movie.
James looks around and spots a few flowers to his left, and he picks them. When he looks back over at [Y/N] she has a bouquet of flowers. When she catches him staring, she smiles and walks back over to him.
âOkay, so we are going to make flower crowns,â she says, smiling. James looks at her curiously as she starts to wrap the yellow flowers around eachother. He watches her patiently as she makes it longer. Soon enough, itâs a flower crown. She places it on her head and smiles.
She is absolutely beautiful.
âNow you make one,â she says. James looks down at the flowers in his hand and scoffs.
âLike I can do that,â he says shaking his head. [Y/N] sighs and rolls her eyes. She grabs the flowers from his hands and starts to make a second one. When she is finished, she places it on James head.
âPerfect,â she says, nodding at James.
âDo you like it?â He looks at her for confirmation
âYes, youâre like a king with that crown on,â she says, giggling.
âWell, that would make you my queen.â Itâs as if time stops. [Y/N] blinks at him.
âDid he just say that?â she thinks.
âYour queen?â she asks, risking a glance at him to find heâs looking at her. Instead of looking away shyly, she leans forward, not breaking eye contact.
âYeah,â James says, closing the gap. Their lips meet and James could feel [Y/N] smiling. The kiss was short and sweet, but they both knew it wasnât going to be their last. Since, of course, James was her king, and she was his queen.
You were currently running frantically about your room packing your school trunk with everything you would be needing for the upcoming school year; as you were preparing to stay at your best friend's house for the remainder of your summer holiday. Your grandmother called out to you from the bottom of the stairs leading to your bedroom.
â(Y/N)! Letâs get a move on young lady! I sent an owl to Molly half an hour ago saying you would be arriving soon! Letâs not keep them waiting any longer!âÂ
âSorry Gran! Iâm almost done, I promise. Iâll be down in a- woah!â You yelped, as you tripped over your trunk and crumpled to the floor with a loud THUD!
âThat hurt..â you grumbled, with your face flat against the hardwood flooring of your bedroom.Â
Heavy footsteps ascended the stairs and before you knew it, your grandmother was stepping over the threshold of your dainty bedroom. She peered at you with her hands placed on her hips, brows arched high in curiosity.
âWhat did you do this time?â
Standing from the floor rubbing your sore knees and cheek, you look at her with an embarrassed smile. âTripped over my trunk. But Iâm okay Gran, donât worry.âÂ
âGlad you are alright but- for Merlinâs sake!â She yelped as her eyes left your body and scanned over your messy living space. âYou certainly don't know how to pack correctly, my dear. Please do step aside so I can finish this quickly and you can head off. Itâs getting quite late.â
Nodding your head, you step aside as you watch your grandmother pull her wand from her cooking apron before giving it a wave. You watched in silent awe as various strewn items, ranging from clothing to new schooling supplies, flew from different spots around the room. Into the trunk it all went before it was snapped shut and buckled then sent flying down the stairs, landing by the fireplace. Even though you were thirteen years old and were raised all your life around magic, it still amazed you.
âThere, much better. Far quicker at that too! Now grab your school bag and Wisp so we can go!âÂ
âYes, mam.â You acknowledge as she waltzed out of the room and back down the stairs. Hauling your bag over your shoulder and grabbing Wispâs pet carrier and your wand from the bedside table, you exited the room, shutting the door tightly and gliding down the stairs with a newfound pep in your step.
Meeting your grandmother in front of the fireplace, she gave you a once over before giving you a loving, tender hug, and ushering you into the fireplace. Making sure you were settled in, she offered you the pot of Floo powder with a gentle smile. Wisp, your loving black cat, gave a loud meow as a goodbye to your grandmother. Smiling at her, you take a handful of the powder before speaking clearly of your intended destination.Â
âThe Burrow!â
Instantly, youâre engulfed into flames and your sneakers reach the hard ground of the Weasleyâs fireplace below you as you are hit with a quick bit of dizziness. âGosh, I hate that sometimes.â
With Wispâs cat carrier in one hand and your trunk in the other, you step out of the fireplace careful to not dirty up Molly's floor. When the dizziness in your eyesight has cleared, you are met with the sight and smell of the cozy home of the family you have come to love and adore over the past few years.Â
You barely have a second to walk into the quaint living room and set down your belongings before two bodies come crashing into yours at full speed.
âYouâre finally here!â
âItâs about time youâve arrived, love! We were beginning to think you abandoned us!"
Chuckling at the two peopleâs words, you wrap one arm around each of their torsos, hugging them as equally tight as they were you.Â
âYes! I have arrived, Georgie. And Fred, thatâs pure nonsense! I would never abandon you two! You are my favorites after allâŚâ you pause to stand on the tips of your toes and whisper in their ears, âJust donât tell your sister I said that. She would hex the daylights out of me once we got back to Hogwarts!â
The twins couldnât help but laugh and release you from their smothering grasps as Ginny was heard barreling down the stairs to greet you.
âYou two step away from her this instant! She is MY best friend!â She yells, running into the room.
âYou should have gotten to me quicker then Gin.â You couldnât help but grin as you were enveloped into yet another bone-crushing hug. You squeezed her back just as hard, beyond ecstatic to be reunited with your best friend after weeks apart. You break away from each other, catching up on the past couple of days leading up to your arrival when Mrs. Weasley walks in from the kitchen with Arthur in tow.Â
â(Y/N), how lovely to see you, dear. It was âbout time youâd be arriving.â
Flushing red, you step up to her with open arms. âSorry Mrs. Weasley, that was my fault. Got a late start to packing and Gran had to help me finish making sure I had everything I needed.â
Embracing you into her warm arms, she squeezes you gently (unlike her children), patting your arm lightly. âNo worries dear, weâre just glad to have you with us.â
Moving on from Molly, Arthur gave you a hug as well. During your quick embrace, he began telling you all about the long list of new questions he had about Muggles. You couldnât help but laugh and tell him that you would answer any and all questions he had throughout your stay. Once released from Mr. Weasley, Ginny, George, and Fred swept you away talking excitedly about the upcoming Quidditch World Cup match you all would be attending next week. Barely into the discussion, your ears perked up as you heard two more sets of footsteps descending the rickety staircase. Your face flushed a light pink instantly knowing who one of those footsteps belongs to.Â
âWhat the bloody hell is all the ruckus down here about?â
Glancing over in his direction you couldn't help blushing a darker shade of pink. âHi, Ron.â
Eyes bulging in shock, his face matches yours, flushing as red as his hair. âH-hey..you..youâre here! Why..w-why are you here?.âÂ
Ginny lets out a snort of annoyance, âIf you can have your best friend here then so can I!â
The twins share a knowing look between themselves before Fred slings an arm around your shoulder smirking at his younger brother in the process, âDonât act like you arenât happy to see her mate.â
âIâm not!â Ron yells back defensively. But realizing what he had said, his hands fly up in surrender. "W-wait! No! That is not what I mean! I'm not not happy to see you -I..I am glad to see you! Ecstatic, even!â he scrambles trying to save his last shred of dignity.Â
Harry smirks, slightly leaning in close to the redhead, âNice save there. Real nice.â
Ron shoots Harry a daggered look as his face flames in embarrassment and irritation, but his anger is short-lived as Molly announces from the kitchen that supper is ready.Â
Jumping at the chance to leave from the room, Ron grabs the smirking dark haired boy beside him running away to the awaiting food with the towering twins following them out. Before you can fall in line behind George, Ginny grabs your wrist bringing you to a halt.Â
âYou like my brother!âÂ
Donât panic, donât panic. âI like all your brothers. Theyâre all quite nice and enjoyable really. Nice boys each of them are Gin-â
âNo. I mean Ron specifically! You like Ronald.â It wasn't a question of 'if'.Â
Feigning ignorance you brush off her statement, âPfft. I do not! Youâve gone right mental Ginny.â
Before the feisty redhead could speak once more, her mother yelled for the two of you to come take your seats at the table. Thank you, Molly.
Sending one last look your way she narrows her eyes in a playful manner, âDo not, for one second, think that you are off the hook about this!âÂ
This is not good. Not good at all.Â
Attempting to forget about the conversation with Ginny, you basked in the presence of some of your most favorite people. Dinner was amazing as always. The food was beyond delicious, smiling faces were seen all around- it was just perfect. Nothing could ever be better than this. You had spent most of the meal interacting with Mr. Weasley. Of course- the topic of choice being all things Muggle but that was all okay! You loved being helpful and answering any questions he had.Â
When everyoneâs bellies were stuffed to the brim with food, Molly excuses herself from the table to begin putting away any leftovers. Arthur follows after his wife while the Weasley boys and Harry disperse quickly, the twins dashing up the staircase conversing in hushed tones while Harry and Ron make their way into the living room.Â
You and Ginny share an eye roll and begin to rid the table of all dirty dishes. With dinnerware piled in your arms, you two girls carry everything into the kitchen and are instructed by Mr. Weasley to place them on the counter top by the sink where Molly was waiting. With a grateful smile, Mrs. Weasley ushers you and Ginny out. You two venture into the cozy living room to see the two fourth-year boys sitting on the floor playing a game of Wizards Chess. Ron is leaning back against the sofa while Harry sprawls out on the floor on his stomach. You venture over to the sofa while Ginny takes the armchair by the fireplace. You plant yourself on the old piece of furniture, lying down behind the redhead and getting comfortable before cracking open a book you had brought with you. He glances over his shoulder, giving you a shy smile before turning away to take his turn.Â
The rush of butterflies in your stomach was instant. You couldn't help but blush and move just a tad bit more towards the edge of the couch to be closer to him. You only hoped he didn't notice the shift, not wanting him to think of you as weird but he felt it. He didnât mind though. He wanted you to be close to him. He couldnât help but blush at the thought of you wanting to be closer to him too.
After a while, the heads of the home walk out from the kitchen bidding you all a quiet âgoodnightâ before heading up to bed. Shutting your book, you place it on the coffee table beside you before your eyes slowly flutter over to the boy in front of you. The silence of the house is interrupted when you hear two sets of footsteps tiptoeing not so quietly down the stairs. Looking away from the youngest boy in the family, you see two identical faces pop out from around the corner. Â
âOi! You four come with us!â Fred whispers across the room.Â
Without questioning the request, the four of you make your way out of your seats and follow behind the mischief makers. They lead you through the house and urgently usher each of you out the front door of the home into the chilly evening air. You couldnât but shudder as a gust of wind rushes past you, sending tingles down your spine once you step out. You really wished they had let you grab a sweater.Â
Lighting their wands with âLumosâ, Fred and George lead you all into the field eventually coming to a stop by a pile of old wood and sticks.Â
âWhatâs all this?â you question as George sets down the box he had been carrying.Â
âThis, love, is our wood pile for a bonfire! And to make it even better, we have supplies for a snack! Itâs a muggle treat, actually. What do you call them Harry?â
Harry chuckled, âSâmores. My cousin Dudley eats them all the time in the summer.âÂ
You couldn't help the excited giggle that spilled from your lips. You had heard about these but never got the chance to try one! Without wasting another second, you quickly set the twins on getting the fire started while you found yourself a small log to get comfortable on, ready for the fun to begin as you curl up to get warm again. The fire is quickly lit (all thanks to Harry) and everyone begins to dig in to make the famously sweet and gooey treat for themselves. The youngest Weasley son jumps at the chance to follow in your footsteps, planting himself on your small log seat. You peer at him with a wide grin causing his cheeks to flush pink.Â
Tonight had been amazing. And although you loved your summer holidayâs, the one thing you didn't appreciate was that the later into the evening it got, the chillier it got. The fire had helped keep you warm but not completely. After seeing you attempting to hide your shivers due to the chilly breezes for what seemed like the hundredth time that night, Ron couldnât bear to see you so miserable any longer. Scooting closer, he wrapped his arm around you, pulling you flush against his side. With wide eyes and cheeks flaming as red as his hair, you turned to look at him. Heâs facing the roaring fire but you could see a content smile graced upon his lips. How is his side profile just as attractive as his entire face?!
Sensing your stare, his head turns. âYou okay, love?â Love.
âY-yeah! Iâm great. But w-why?â you jester to his arm around your waist.
"You kept shivering so I thought this might help get you warmed up a bit more."Â
Oh.. so he's just being friendly. Right. Of course he doesn't fancy you in return. That only happens in cheesy romance novels.Â
He watches as your face falls slightly but before you can move away he tightens his grip on your hip.. "I-it's not just that ya know.."Â
"Wait, what? W-what do you mean?" Your heart begins to beat out of your chest. âPlease, PLEASE be the reason I'm hoping for.â your mind pleads.Â
He clears his throat nervously. "W-well..I um..I have fancied you for quite a while now a-and I um thought this," he nods at the position you were in "was a good way to show it. I-its okay if you don't feel the same, of course, I just wanted to make it known.." The poor bloke was shaking! How can someone be so nervous but still be so cute?!
You couldn't believe it! The boy you've been pining for for two years has feelings for you too! "Y-you do!? I like you too Ron. I really really do!" you all but exclaim, flinging your arms around his neck in an excited hug. Your cheeks ached from how hard you had been grinning and you couldn't help the giggles that slipped past your lips in pure happiness.Â
His grin matched yours as he squeezed you even closer to his body, if that were even possible and placed a loving gentle kiss to your forehead. "I'm so glad you do."Â
This felt like a dream. If all it took was a couple hours out in the chilly evening air to get where you were now, in Ron's arms, you would happily do it again anytime. Chilly summer nights were not so bad after all.
