Echo loves to read in her spare time. She's come to admire Avarren's more creative endeavors and encourages him to write for fun more often. The coatl is not so sure, however, and has a low self-esteem towards his writing. It's not uncommon for him to try to write something grand only to toss it aside in frustration. When he's not looking, however, Echo often picks the crumpled papers back up and disappears with them.

When Avarren first showed up in the clan, he was hesitant to even join. He was a weary traveller without a home that nearly died in the surrounding desert around the clan’s home. Kyandi brought him back to the clan and asked the others to help him, the majority said yes. Avarren actually pined after Kyandi briefly but found both a better partner and friend in Saccharo-who was trying to help Ava get it through Kyandi’s thick skull that they like-liked him. They never did, but fortunately, it no longer applies.
