RETAKE THE CROWN
In the years since his birth, Kim Taehyung had been a stranger to his own country. Nestled in China for safe keeping, the royal prince was hidden away from both enemies and allies alike minus a selected few who took charge of his care after a revolution upon the palace killed both his parents and placed a makeshift figurehead instead. Blessed with his fathers striking features and his mothers beauty, Taehyung now 22 was stumbling across the Korean-Chinese border with an army of a thousand men and his advisers. Word, that the current pawn had passed leaving him the only blood heir and rightful ruler of the Korean people the opportunity to take back the Kingdom for his family, the opposition in chaos, he had to make this move now before he lost the opportunity. Gentle, smart and kind, Taehyung was a people prince. Always preaching on behalf of the unfortunate, donating what he could to lessen their suffering. It always put him at odds with the Chinese Palace and the Emperor but it was his nature, he wouldn’t apologize for it. Stilling his white horse at the top fo the hill, he looked over a palace vacation home just in the horizon, his hiding space until he could make the final trek to the capital unaware of what malicious intent awaiting him.
