Hey yāall! Just wanted to share this Auto-Action set I created for Clip Studio Paint (EX/PRO?/Debut) an art program I do all my art with. I love this app and Iāve grown with it alongside with my art journey. And of course itās free.

Q. what is this āauto-actionā and can I use it for photoshop or procreate?
A. Honestly idk about procreate but If youāre familiar with photoshop autoactions, then itās the same with Clip studio paint (csp). So to put it simply, auto-actions are a set of steps you can record in csp in order to recreate a given effect/setting/function.
Q. what does this auto-action do?
A. If youāre aware of these terms on the image below...
then youād get why I made this auto-action. Hereās a link for those interested to know, and hereās a source with csp in context.
Basically: this is an auto-action to create a mask to hide the 3 (three) different borders areas when you have the crop border/manga draft settings on in your comic/manga page. This auto-action makes a mask separately for the inner border (default border), cropped (binding/finish size) border, and bleed border.

Itās an auto-action to just hide the crop borders (bleed, cropped/finish size, inner/default) so that you can have a preview of what your comic or manga will look like when after printing. When you activate the auto-action, it becomes something like this š
Seriously it just creates a correction layer to give you a greyscale preview of your coloured drawing.
Greyscale Switch will NOT flatten all your layers, it will NOT change any of your layers and effects.
This doesnāt change anything in your art besides make a preview to make your colours/hues to shades of grey. So itās loyal to your artās original Luminosity and Values.
It will only create a correction layer to show the greyscale version. Which means you can toggle the visibility of the layer on/off to check your Tones & Values in your artwork, no more undo needed!
You can even work with the correction layer on. Try it š
There are two sets in the autoaction:
creates a mask: to select which parts you want in greyscale
no mask: everything is in greyscale.Ā
