From @whataremetaphorâ:
1.)Â Â Â Who are some of your favorite authors?Â
JK Rowling, Perry Moore, Audrey Niffenegger, Alex Sanchez, Julie Anne Peters, Nancy Garden, John GreenâŚ
2.)   Pen and paper or typing?Â
Honestly typing. My handwriting is illegible and I type really fast.Â
3.)Â Â Â Whatâs your character development process?Â
I mostly have an idea for a character already in mind and I let them loose into the story. They usually figure themselves out on the way, but if I feel they need a little boost or more details to make them seem more rounded, Iâll fill out little character development questionnaires or free-write about them for a while.
4.)Â Â Â Favorite words?Â
English: silly, serendipitous, onomatopoeia, plethoraâŚ(mostly coz they feel nice in the mouth to say. Thereâs probably way more). Â
German: gumpendorfer, ausgezeichnet, EichhĂśrnchen, frĂźhstĂźckenÂ
5.)Â Â Â Do you have a âtypeâ for characters (either ones you write or ones you like? If so, what is it? Â
Hmm⌠I guess I tend to write characters that are slowly figuring out who they are and how the world works. So characters who are coming-of-age.Â
6.)Â Â Â Music or no music while writing? If so, what kinds?Â
Sometimes, sometimes not. If I do listen, itâs whatever YouTube spits out at me.Â
7.)Â Â Â What first got you into writing?Â
Kindergarten. My teacher said my story of the day was good enough to âpublish.â We wrapped a piece of colored construction paper around it, stapled the sides and I made a cover for it. I was ecstatic XDÂ
For those interested, my story way: âToday I walked up the driveway to the mailbox and got the mail.â A literary genius at five years old hahahaha.Â
8.)Â Â Â Vampires of werewolves? (or magical creature of your choice?)Â
VampiresÂ
9.)Â Â Â Where did you get the inspiration for your current WIP?Â
Augh, donât hate me. I originally started my WIP as a gay Twilight FanfictionâŚÂ
10.)Â Most difficult part of writing? Â
Keeping up motivation and self-confidence.

From @allisonaldridgeâ:
1.)Â Â Â What is your favorite writing snack?
I donât eat a lot when Iâm writing. If I do, itâs junk food. Pringles (sour cream and onion) Oreos or other cookies.Â
2.)Â Â Â Would you want to visit the place or world you created for your WIP?Â
The world is basically ours with a little fantasy twist. So yeah, totally.Â
3.)Â Â Â If you were stuck in a room with one of your OCs, who would you choose?Â
Hmm..trickyâŚProbably Teresa because we have the most in common.Â
4.)Â Â Â What movie would you relate closest to your WIP?Â
Twilight, Love Simon.Â
5.)Â Â Â Do you watch any Authortubers on Youtube?
I watch a bit of John Green, does that count? I gotta check out more of these Authortuber people apparently..Â
6.)Â Â Â Traditional publishing or independent?Â
Hopefully traditional. I might publish some things independently though.Â
7.)Â Â Â What is your main OCâs fashion sense?
Basic hahaha. Jeans and a shirt.Â
8.)Â Â Â Where do you keep all your story ideas stored?Â
In my head or on a file on the computer.Â
9.)Â Â Â Are you working on more than one WIP right now?Â
Not currently. I want to get the first draft of this one finally finished (been working on it for years) before I write anything new. Â
10.)Â Â Coffee or Tea? It is very important.
I have to say both, I love them both.

1.)Â Â Â What is the cutest couple in your current WIP?Â
The only couple in my WIP: Daniel/Vaughn. This WIP has been dubbed my Daniel/Vaughn story since 2007 :P They are beautiful. Â
2.)Â Â Â Would you rather have your WIP made into a movie or a TV show?Â
HmmâŚprobably a movie at this point.Â
3.)Â Â Â Who would you want to direct said movie or TV show?Â
God, I dunnoâŚI would like it to feel like Love, Simon so maybe Greg Berlanti? And also Chris Columbus or David Yates for the fantasy parts.
4.)Â Â Â What TV show character would your protagonist of your current WIP be?Â
These questions are hard for me, I donât know why! MaybeâŚMarco from Degrassi.Â
5.)Â Â Â What is your favorite song to write to?Â
Donât really have oneâŚI usually put on something like âCastle on a Hillâ first and just let the YouTube algorithm do its thing.Â
6.)Â Â Â What is your protagonistâs theme song?Â
Oh jeez, I havenât thought about any of this. Perhaps âBraveâ by Sara Bareilles.Â
7.)Â Â Â What marvel character is our protagonist like the most?Â
Spiderman
8.)Â Â Â Your favorite movie?Â
The Princess BrideÂ
9.)Â Â Â Your favorite TV Show?Â
So many. Right now, Brooklyn 99.Â
10.)Â Â What genre is your current WIP?Â
Realistic fiction mixed with fantasy.

From @swaynewritesâ:
1.)Â Â Â What is your favorite book, and your favorite author?Â
Harry Potter, JK Rowling. This series has affected me so much, how can I not still answer this question like this? Â
2.)Â Â Â Whatâs the longest time youâve spent working on a WIP?
hahahaha, current WIP Iâve been working on since 2007.Â
3.)Â Â Â Whatâs your favorite character that you have ever created?Â
Hmm I actually have a lot of feels about Ariel from my short story âMy Life with Ariel.â Strange I didnât choose someone from my main WIP, but there you go.
4.)Â Â Â Have you ever based a character on someone you know? (family, friend, coworker, etc.)Â
I always take bits and pieces of personality from people I know and add them to my characters.Â
5.)Â Â Â What is your favorite WIP youâve written?Â
Completed WIP that would be âMy Life with Ariel.â Weâll see if I make it into a novel or try to publish as is.Â
6.)Â Â Â Whatâs the best response youâve had to one of your WIPs?Â
One person told me they literally stopped breathing during one scene they were so enraptured by what was going on. This compliment felt so good, because itâs always what Iâm going for!
7.)Â Â Â Whatâs the best film/television show youâve seen based on a book?Â
The first two Harry Potter movies. Hmm.. Though some things were changed from Love, Simon I felt the atmosphere of the book was captured so well.Â
8.)Â Â Â Have you ever written something as a joint project with a friend or a fellow writeblr? If you havenât, would you want to?Â
I donât think soâŚbut I would absolutely love to! HIT ME UP PEOPLE, LETâS DO THIS!Â
9.)Â Â Â If you could change something about a popular book series, what series would you change and what would the change be?Â
Twilight. I would eliminate all the abuse in her relationships with Edward and Jacob.Â
10.)Â Â For the Harry Potter fans out there, what is your favorite character/spell/scene? (If you havenât read or seen Harry Potter, Iâd recommend it. LUNAWRITES NOTE: I donât just recommend it, I demand it hahahaha)
