He’d been trying to get his brother for obvious little brother reasons ( and also because Leta said it would be funny ) but hitting Graves had damn near scared Newt to death. The older boy made him nervous and he wasn’t sure why. Theseus always gave him a hard time for it and assured him Percival was perfectly harmless. Giants were essentially harmless too until you messed with them, Newt liked to point out in return. “Theseus is making me apologize, I was perfectly happy to say nothing so you wouldn’t know it was me,” Newt continued bluntly, gaze directed down at the other boy’s knees.
