I think the main reason I'm so glitter obsessed is the way I can use it to explain how I see auras. Take a person who has three colors to their aura of red, silver and light blue. Take glitter of all three colors and put them in a jar and shake it real nice. When you first glance at the mixture it looks like one color, but when you focus on it you will notice the three colors themselves. That's what my synesthesia aura-sight is like. Some people have different amounts of colors. The most I've seen on someone is five different colors. And some auras are more dim or vibrant than others. It can get rather overwhelming.
