AU: Best Mistake II CLOSED II Augustinexenzo

'It will be fun!'
That was what her best friend Julie said. The best friend her parents hated. The best friend that the entire town called a bad influence. 'The Party of Year' is what her friend had called it, but as nineteen year old Hayley Marshall stood in front of the rented out apartment complex, she was starting to wonder if every adult in her life had been right about her 'best friend'.
Hayley Marshall, had never done a thing wrong. Never missed a day of high school and had only ever been on a date that her father approved of. Now that golden girl was about to explore a territory she had never explored before. The high school graduate pulled furiously at the hem of the tight mini denim skirt she had been forced to wear. Of course, it should not feel entirely bad for any girl to dress revealing, but wearing your petite friend's skimpy clothing when you were 5'10" just accentuated everything. The denim skirt barely skirted her thigh, and Hayley did not even want to focus on the ridiculous boots or even the tank top that was just as bad. Apparently to everyone else in the world, she looked amazing, but in Hayley's opinion she looked like a stripper. Looking like a stripper and standing in uneasiness at the open front door, the girl wanted to kick herself. She had never tried a drop of alcohol, or even thought of smoking the 'good stuff'. This kind of life had never beckoned her, so why should she try now?
Inside the apartment, the world of books and conservative dress manners seemed to slip away. Bodies danced together like they were all part of the same being, the stench of alcohol and who knows what watered the eyes of everyone, but not one person seemed to be frowning. It was a sense of freedom and rebelliousness that Hayley had never seen or experienced before, and she was wondering if her friend was right about all of it. It could indeed be fun, if she braved herself enough to actually partake in any of these activities.
"Hayley stop standing over there like a stoner and come and meet a friend of mine." Immediately Hayley was drawn from her trance of the sea of partiers, realizing she had been standing in the lobby of the apartment, staring at everyone like she had never seen anything like it before. In truth she had not, but it wasn't the best aura to present herself as. Whoever this person her friend Julie wanted her to meet must have been incredibly important, because Julie never introduced her to anyone. "Hayley, this is my friend Enzo, he's like the raddest of all partiers. Totally hot too. He was friends with Beth until Beth moved and then I met him. Totally weird huh?"
Hayley pursed her lips at Julie's annoying barbie toned voice, wondering what kind of guy this Enzo must be if he could put up with her on a regular basis. But one thing was for certain, Julie was correct on Enzo being a looker. He probably had to be one of the nicer looking guys Hayley had met. Though he seemed to be staring at her in a judgmental manner. Perhaps he could sense her unfamiliarity with the party atmosphere and thought she was a ditz. Probably so.
"Hi, I'm Hayley, I've been friends with Julie since first grade, so I know you must put up with a lot of stuff." She joked awkwardly, still trying to get him to say something and stop looking at her like she could be some sort of broken child. The girl turned to talk to her friend, but tragically Julie had been distracted and wandered off to talk to some other sorority girls she probably knew. Great. She was alone with Mr. Enzo. "Great party tonight. I mean this is really raving on." But every word that seemed to leave her mouth just seemed to make her sound more like the stupid and inexperienced person she was, which was not how she planned on introducing herself to anyone at this rave.
