Biography:

August has always been confident as a kid because his foster parents always told him that he was special and made him realize the positive things about him. They were always honest with him about how he ended up in the system and then was eventually adopted by the Winters family. He was the first one that was adopted and the oldest so he was known for being the oldest in his real family, but biologically he was the youngest.

Sports were something that August really enjoyed. He did them all, but the one that brought him the most joy was volleyball. There was something about it that made him feel so in his element and it brought a different kind of confidence that people were scared to see. It wasn't that he was cocky, but he knew his worth and knew what he wanted out of life. Some people didn't take it that way and that's something he didn't let bother him.

August spent a lot of time with his dad who was a chef for a living and he taught August how to do a lot of simple cooking things at a young age. However, it was clear that he wanted to learn more than what he really should've at his age. His father was showing him how to do chef level work at the age of ten and that's why he had become as good of a chef as he is now.

The Culinary Institute of America was the dream school for August and he excelled throughout it to the point where he was tutoring everyone in his class as if he was the teacher's aide but he was far beyong what his classmates were capable of. After graduating at the top of his class, August was personally invited for an internship with Gordon Ramsay by the man, the myth, the legend himself. He worked with him for a few months and when he was offered a job in England, he decided it wasn't for him. August came back home for a couple of months and then he ended up moving to Mirabella to start his own life.
