i miss claudia so much. and at the same time it's like, she never wanted to be part of this story, never got to live her life on her own terms, and decades after she's dead we never learn anything about her that's not told or edited by someone else. and now louis is puppeteering another woman's body to bring a weird warped version of her back into his life. makes me wanna scream.
#and it's awful because clearly both louis & lestat's reactions when they see regina is borne out of real grief!#they were deeply affected by her loss. loved her in their own way. but never really in a way that allowed her to exist outside of them!#and the scene with the fake madeleine made me feel like biting someone. he couldn't even let this be hers & hers alone.#AUGH. my claudia...#tvl
