in regard to krita saving images weird, i do vaguely remember that happening to me too when i used it for a while and also looking at reddit this is what i found which sounded right?? :

"In the popup that comes up when you save as a PNG file, the Save as HDR file shows up there, and you uncheck that."

oh man yeah that's the same solution i found and i did that ;n; it could possibly be my display since i use krita on a different tablet than the one i normally make art on...sniffles
