Jérémy de La Condamine, une exploitation maraîchère qui produit des légumes en agroforesterie.
Joaquim de Pereira de Vasconcellos pour les légumes et fruits bios.
Christine Henry de La Bel de Thau pour les huîtres charnues respectant son écosystème. 6,50€ la douzaine de calibre 3. 7,50€ la douzaine de calibre 2. Possibilité d'en manger sur place.
Daniel de La Fontaine de Lacan pour les fromages de chèvres. 2€ l'unité.
Nathalie du Coucoutier pour les oeufs bios. Elevage agroforestier. 3,20€ les 6 oeufs extra-frais de taille moyenne et 3,70€ les 6 plus grande.
D'autres producteurs : miel, vins, volailles, tofu, pain, savon....
