I don't have a lot of this sorted right now, I've mostly been thinking about Cheno (any/all), and Ellie (she/they), but there's also ITrapped and the Mafioso gang, I'm trying my best to incorporate more of the characters I like, as I really like the way that this is turning out. Clockwork for my Dancing With Fire AU, a puppet made by a god who is one of the only higher beings wanting to connect with the mortals.
Clockwork's physical Robloxian form is simply just his way of connecting with the mortals in a more direct manner. Robloxians are aware of his godly status but it's very common to just treat Clockwork like any other person would've been treated, this is one of the few gods that don't smite you for being angry at them!

me and a friend (hi @c4ust1c-syst3m!!!!) made these little doodles in l0rd-kromer's collaborative magma a week or so ago (note that the colors are not 1 to 1, the weaved texture does have gradients, I just didn't want to do that on magma)
Clockwork is actually just an "eye" (similar to -- • -- in appearance) in the atmosphere, the puppet itself does not have any eyes as well because the gods are HORRIBLE at making eyes that do not feel uncanny to the mortals, so Clockwork just... didn't give it's puppet any!!! Better no eyes than uncanny ones, it can see anything and everything anyways so it's not needed!
He uses a worn dark black bandana to hide the eyeless appearance though!
The puppet for Clockwork is not sentient when it is not being controlled, but it can still autopilot if ever bothered, similar to how people can adjust their bed when it's annoying them in their sleep.

Clockwork assisted in making Shedletsky less uncanny valley, because Telamon wanted something to host if it ever wanted to bother the mortals (it will never use Shedletsky as a host). Shed is an example of a sentient puppet!
Clockwork is not liked by most of the gods, as he "likes the creations more than their own brethren", but in reality he just finds the mortals much more enjoyable to learn from, as they themselves are creators of their own little things as well. Like, Clockwork wouldn't of ever thought of trains! Those wooden baskets made from cleaned up tree corpses? That's cool!!!
Yes his puppet was inspired off of mortal creations too, and fun fact he wouldn't want you to know, his internals house a teapot :)

I do have Clockwork's design ready to be shown so I could probably show 'em next, unsure where to go from there though! I'll try to write lore or facts with each entry but, for now, I'll just share that ITrapped might be cursed twice over. Maybe thrice depending on how you look at it! I'll try to make a dedicated piece for that eventually though. I made Trap a very very tragic character in this.

Okay, after typing this all I just realized Darkheart is barely even in a gun shape. Please imagine the Volcanic Pistol but dark void purple. and emitting galaxy smoke or something similar, that's basically what it looks like here

Them and all of the May Madness group are in a very big tragedy circle, with Caleb being the one to start the whole dang thing in the first place.
It's pretty rare to see a shooting star, even rarer to see one successfully crash into the surface of the planet, and even rarer still to see it crash within a few miles of you at night.
A simple investigation is needed of course, even through all the dust it kicked up, it's still glowing a visible bright opal through the thick sand and dirt.
A bright reflective opal colored sword isn't what you'd expect to see in the middle of the crater but you won't complain right?
Maybe the sun beating down and making the air boil with heat the next few days after that wasn't a good sign...
After a few days of Illumina being found, Darkheart comes down as a meteor as well, but instead occuring in day time. Caleb doesn't like using swords/guns so it handed Illumina over to Ellernate for usage. Darkheart was given to ITrapped.
The surrounding environment beats down heat, as if something ancient refused to avert it's gaze. Interest. Intrigue.
Maybe we can watch until one of these nomads gets a little too cocky with their god's made.
