a typical day
A couple of my 0530 athletes this morning made the comment that I am always so perky in the morning and ‘ready to go’. I explained to them how I have already been up a few hours and am halfway into my day by then. “Early Bird Gets The Worm”
A typical day:
Wake Up: 0300 sit and have coffee with a splash of SF creamer while I visualize the day/ claim greatness/ review of my daily classroom WOD and my own Personal Training Program 0330- Prep my post-workout meal & pack my gym bag 0345- Throw on some clothes/ choose shoes accordingly to training RX/ hair in a pony/ mascara & Lip Gloss;)) 0400- Meal #1- the same meal I have eaten for probably 10+ years/ eggs and oatmeal 0430- Hit the road to the gym 0530- coach my 1st CrossFit class of the day 0630-0830- My Grind Time followed by meal #2 0900- coach my 2nd CrossFit class of the day 1000- get any running around/ errands/ appointments 1200- back home for meal #3 and to prep food for the husband 1400- create WODs for tomorrows classroom and a daily blog entry or ‘coaches corner’ entry 1500- meal #4 1600- cleaning/ laundry/ any food prep that needs done 1800- meal #5 1830- shower 1900- (at the latest!!)Bedtime
