Let me tell you I know firsthand from having had behind-the-scenes dealings with at least four judges, possibly more I'm not remembering from my clerk days, and with plenty of agency officials who review administrative matters: creative wordings like that don't actually impress your intended audience.  In fact in my experience it makes your intended audience a) question your claims because your rhetoric sounds like it's hiding some deficiencies, and/or b) laugh and point.

Writing the government's way may not be as fiesty or forceful but it is at least 80% more likely to earn the respect of whatever official is reading it.
