If your body and mission are capable to go to old earth and help old earth people and watch old earth news from the media without lowering your vibration, do it with wisdom.

Know the difference, some of us absorb so much the darkness of old earth and some people are designed to not absorb old earth drama.

Non sentients are a different category. Not gonna write about them.

Empathy is necessary but understand that you arent the mother teresa of ascension, you need to care of yourself and many people will not understand ascension at all
