“Rescue.”
Glass shards were embedded in too many veins, and Eugene was certain this was going to be the time he died. There were so many times in the past where he was certain he was going to die, but this one definitely was in his top 5 probable-death experiences.
All this because he’d accidentally walked into the wrong man, and the man ended up being a glass conduit. It was really just his luck.
While Eugene actually wound up fighting the man and winning, that didn’t stop the bleeding. The man had fled, and Eugene let him. Usually, he would try to stop a man like that from committing any more atrocities, but the aforementioned bleeding stopped the chase. Blood dropped from his wrists, his arms, his legs, onto the ground. He attempted to use his powers, but couldn’t even get a flicker. He must have drained himself in the fight.
“I’m going to die.” He conceded with himself, collapsing against a nearby wall in the alleyway the fight took place, using it to prop his back up. He summoned every ounce of strength he had left to let out a weak cry of, “Help. Please, someone! Help me..”

A THICK EYEBROW QUIRKED IN SOMETHING of interest--or was it curiosity, perhaps? Whatever it might have been, it showed very little emotion towards the un- known individual that had approached him. And yet... Something seemed familiar. A rumour, a name on the tip of his tongue. Something ran a bell, however Maxson did not show it. Instead, he laced his arms behind his back and paced forward with his head lifted high, the engines of the Prydwen roaring behind him.
“Are you aware of your location, correct?” An inquiry-- a gentle probe to pry at the mind of the man before him. “To simply find yourself here is near impossible, and for it to be a mere coincidence, even less.” His brows dipped in momentary ire; light irritation that would fad, given the correct answer was received:
“Why are you here?”
@atomiccourier asked for it
“There sure is a lot of vomit in the streets here...”
