How easy is it for your character to feel happiness? What’s usually a good tip-off that they’re experiencing this emotion? (Physical reactions, movements of appendages, etc.)

Rosslyn acts strange: instead of curt and professional she has a visible spring in her step, and a goofy smile on her face. Her voice is also much higher pitch. It actually doesn't take her much to feel happy - what makes her super ELATED is getting recognized in a more public way or things actually going her way for once!
Penny's electrical powers seem to have better control when she's happy. Or if she gets too happy she overcharges herself and maybe up accidentally shocking someone nonfatally of course!
