This is one of my plant fics that I kind of forgot about and now want to edit before posting 😅 for Aswin from Kith & Kin! I thought her relationship with Vex was really sweet and wanted to take a look at what a reunion Post-C1 between them would look like.

A few minutes later, she put herself back together, just in time for the door to swing open. A half-elven woman stepped in, closing the door behind her and bowing awkwardly. “Hello Lady Vex’ahlia.” she said, her voice stiff.

“Aswin,” Vex said softly. “You don’t need to call me that, darling.”

Aswin looked up and met her eyes, and Vex’s heart pulled, seeing them just as filled with confidence as before. “You remember me.” she chuckled, stepping forward to drop into one of the plush teal armchairs in front of the desk.
