âwhat I will say to you is not a curse, not a threat, not a vision, but is a simple observation anyone can plainly see when they look at you. youâre going to go mad.
youâre going to go mad in a tower originally built as an alter to your greed and ego but is now naught but a prison with your own spiraling paranoia as the guard keeping you inside and swallowing you whole. as much as youâd try to point fingers at the people who supposedly abandoned you, you cannot deny your signature in the walls as you are the one that placed every brick surrounding you after all. the fact that you pushed away every single person that gave you a hint of kindness that you never deserved, pushing down into the dirt even as you stepped on them to climb higher your spit upon their face being your only thanks for the hand they stretched out to you, the people who retaliated yelled of your own sins as they clawed against you like a wild animal fighting for its own survival against the hunter strangling it, is all your doing.
youâll scream as you hear the scratching on the walls thinking its the rats you kicked down once again coming to bite at you and eat away at your tower once more not realizing its your own hand scratching against it. as everyone has forgotten your name, only knowing you as a warning of what not to become, the maddened fool in the tower of his own demise
again, what I say to you is not a curse, not a threat, not even a vision, but an observation as obvious as one would make apon looking at darkening clouds and declaring it will rain. your so called desire for a legacy that is but a poor disguise for your greed for inevitably pointless riches so intense itâd make a dragon blush will be your downfall. the question is not will you fight against it, the stars know youâd ignore any warning givin to you as you ignore any word thats not your own, but how soon it will be realized.
I will leave you with this, the only thing I will put upon you is that when this inevitably happens, I hope I may appear to you one final time. so I may laugh at the maddened fool, my final sentence to you being a simple âI told you so.â, said as if I am naught but looking upon the man who left his umbrella saying the clouds will drift and a drop shant fall drenched im the rain, before leaving you to continue to rot physically and mentally in your tower of madness, before I once again forget your name like everyone else. leaving you but the maddened fool I once knew at the back of my mind.â
