Do you want the work done quickly or correctly? Because I have no problem putting shit wherever and leaving your store a mess to meet an "average pallet quota." Apparently, that's what your daytime folks do. Otherwise, please let me do my job and take the extra time to make sure things actually get done RIGHT. That way, you have appropriately placed merchandise and an all-around shoppable store. Sincerely, Night Freight Associate who's tired of dealing with the Daytime Associates' shit. P.S. I do not appreciate you restricting us from staying late to finish freight tasks. First of all, there are 3 "new hirees" that never showed up, so we're only getting what you would have paid them anyway. Secondly, tell your stock folks to stop ordering merchandise FOR WHICH WE CLEARLY HAVE NO MORE FUCKING STORAGE when people are NOT buying the material we're stocking BECAUSE MOTHER NATURE IS ON HER PERIOD. Third, do not use this as some sick and twisted test to see who is working and who isn't because all 9 of us are busting our asses to make sure you actually HAVE a store. ....thanks....
