Numbers 1 to 15 in Assaarak
So, for a book/world I am writing, I though it would be a good idea to create a brand new alien language. You know, to make things more realistic. Task that I clearly underestimated but it is fun to do and I am now too committed to my bullshit.
So, here's the numbers from 1 to 15 (counting system is base 15) in Assaarak, language of the Assorak ! :
(Prononced with the phonetic [u]. Like the French OU)
Um = One ( 1 )
Dum = Two ( 2 )
Kum = Three ( 3 )
Yum = Four ( 4 )
Dyum = Five ( 5 )
Kyum = Six ( 6 )
Lum = Seven ( 7 )
Dlum = Eight ( 8 )
Klum = Nine ( 9 )
Rum = Ten ( 10 )
Drum = Eleven ( 11)
Krum = Twelve ( 12 )
Vum = Thirteen ( 13 )
Dvum = Fourteen ( 14 )
Kvum = Fifteen ( 15 )
