Hit my lowest weigh in this year of 163.0
I've been struggling between 163.5-165 depending on the day or training load.
Finally started work again after a month off. I already have lots of new kiddos and I'm already inlove! Also there's so been many newborns around work lately and it gives me slight babyfever.π π«£
My birthday is in less than two weeks and I'm gonna take myself out to AYCE sushi or another buffet style place. I also wanna have a nap at a park. I'm not sure which one yet. And it's not like we have many here.
Been loving everyone's posts on here. It really helps me have some sort of social connection even if it's so small and untraditional.
It's taken quite some time for me to learn how to help myself and learn my needs Vs. What I conditioned myself to believe my needs were.
