why does pea still have his thing with josie is literally the question aspen andĀ e v e r y o n eĀ she knows is asking when s3 comes around. basically, the short story is that after the mills family had to move out of the wyrm and ended up with the dāangeloās aspen started spending less and less time with sweet pea. not because she didnāt want to, but because she was busy working trying to keep her family afloat, or helping out the dāangelo family as thanks for keeping her own family off the streets. sheās busy, and she tells sweet pea that and for some reason he takes it to mean that theyāre over, that sheās done with him and with them. basically he throws a tantrum and decides that if itās not how he wants it to be, then it shouldnāt be anything at all.Ā
aspen finds out about him and josie for the first time at the end of summer party at thistlehouse and to say she is heartbroken is an understatement. reggie sees her whilst she is seeing them and he makes his way overĀ āsucks doesnāt it, I dated josie for a bit last semester...sheās a nice girl, if that helps?ā - it doesnāt help but aspen appreciates the gesture.Ā āwe could make out if you wanted? maybe over there where youād be right in his eye line?ā aspen gives reggie a side eye, heās chewing on his bottom lip and shrugging, heās got nothing to loose at this point and making out with a hot serpent chick would be an excellent way to end a pretty decent summer...and so...aspen does it, she takes him by the hand and walks him to the other side of the pool and she kisses him hard. he kisses her back, and sweet pea watches in absolute horror.
