"While my laurels are technically the flowers that you speak of, they have no bearing on my role. Unlike normal members of our species, Angel Shaymin are meant to spread the seeds goodwill and cheer across the universe, much like the flowers you speak of. If you have ever experienced a random bought of inspiration or suddenly felt uplifted, that is my kind conducting their duties from the shadows."
Shaymes fluttered his wings a bit and lifted his head. "Though I would never deign my duties more important than those of my kind, it would a disservice to those I serve to act as if my duties are any less than some of the most important in the universe."
"As you say, I am important, and while you would be correct to assume this is in part due to my status as the future king of my kind, I assure you, it is much more than that. As the future king, my duties are entirely different than even the rest of my fellow Angel Shaymin. For you see..."
