*smiles at him as he fixes up their coffees, he checks his phone for any messages then puts it away when Erin returns* I know I'm sorry. I've been busy at the bakery, it's gaining popularity in town. Thank god. And then Oliver wanted to spend some time with me since he missed me being around the house. And then. Well. *blushes a little and looks down at his coffee* Lets just say we took advantage of having time together and well, I wasn't exactly mobile for a few days.

*He scratched Erin's head a little when he saw him lean in towards his touch.* (: No I haven't. But I don't really like sweetened coffee. Black iced coffee is fine. Please. *Sits down in the chair opposite to him*

*stifles laughter and goes to check up on his friend* Sorry hon, I was just excited. ;u; *smooths his hair* I'm in need of coffee.

*Smiles at the hug and looks down at his notes, smiling at the fact that his friend considered him that good.* Well let's see. *He took a bite out of it* Ooh Uhm. Yeah this isn't good. Sorry, just being honest. First of all you have to let it rise more. It needs to be a tad fluffier. It's too thick right now. It just feels tough or stale. As for Christmas, add some bits of soft, chewy peppermint candy and white chocolate drizzle and you've got yourself a holiday favorite. :D
