This here's the full art you can see in the thumbnail of the latest audio in my current ASMR series running on my channel! Shaudrey's gone and made himself huge after you and your friend Oliver found out some strange arcane happenings are going on at the giant's house outside of town. Hopefully he's keeping himself safe out there.

ARGH I apologize for my delay here, Gremlin! I've been wracking my brain for answers on this question and honestly been struggling a bit with it, hahaha. Of course, my idyllic view of my characters being perfect in every way tends to override my ability to give them any kinds of flaws hahaha, but I've been trying to get better at it!

I think, in Hugh's case, it's mostly the "small, direct, sharp pain" aspect of needles that really gets him, so similar sensations like bee stings would also freak him out. In that regard I imagine he's pretty good about stuff like spiders (because they bite that's different, trust) and other creepy crawlies, but bees/wasps specifically he'd be a bit inept at dealing with, hahahah

I think in regards to other irrational fears or general squicks...

I'm not sure if I'd call it a fear necessarily, but Shaudrey (Chill Mage) gets really bothered at the thought of being seen as inept or inadequate. He's been alive for far longer than he'd like to let on, but his specialties are very, y'know, specific. He's got his niche he likes to stick to, but if someone touches on an adjacent niche he's not actually familiar with, it really gets to him. As may be evident in some of his more recent audios...

Nathan (Chill Mechanic), i imagine, is a little weirded-out by magic. Like, he sees his Good Neighbors use it often, and he himself has pixie dust he can use... but like, potions and spells and such are just lost on him and they weird him out. Like "no this makes sense because it's magic powder. That doesn't make any sense, it's just a bunch of words and then something happens." He is not interested in trying to understand hahaha

On a sillier note, I feel like Riebeck (Cat Boy) has a fear of heights (totally valid) which also goes into the reverse of him being afraid of really tall ceilings because, whenever he looks up at them, his mind immediately goes to the thought of "what if gravity suddenly reversed and I fell all the way up there?" Notably this does not happen in the outdoors. Just tall ceilings.

I also like to imagine that Niel (Short Roommate), after finding out his roomie is a size shifter, is like... lowkey convinced that he's just a latent size shifter, and one day he'll wake up and like... break his bed frame, or shrink really small and get lost in the carpet, or something. He has 100% not told his roommate this yet, but I imagine he sleeps with his phone on his bed just in case, y'know? Hahaha

I’ve been wondering and idk if this has been asked before but I got an idea for a Giant video and I was wondering if you’ll do it one day : what if the Giant has a bellyache and he swallows you to help him get better ? Checking what’s wrong within his stomach :0

As for your idea, I could definitely see about doing something like that at some point! A few folks, now, have asked for an audio where someone gets eaten to help handle an upset stomach, so I imagine it'd be a worthwhile pursuit. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure why I haven't breached the idea before (to my recollection- forgive me if I've done it already and just forgot). Just never did!

Hahah, no worries! I'm happy to give some info on him, regardless of his status as a joke character.

So, of course, the Mean Tiny is an April Fools character meant to be a sort of 'parody' on the Friendly Giant. His thumbnail is literally an over-saturated and poorly-drawn-over version of Clement's "tiny" thumbnail art. Given that information, I'm pulling most of his information from Clement to, I suppose, continue the joke.

His height! He's 5 inches tall.

Argh, this one's tough! Much like things I like, most everything I dislike can be done in an ultimately satisfying way, so I can't say anything's really fully off the table for me. That said, something I think I'm particularly picky about would be size theft/size swapping. It's a fun concept, don't get me wrong, but I feel like very often it is executed in a way that reads to me as someone being forcibly removed from their comfort zone in a way that makes fun of them in the process. And very often, unless the person is comedically evil or deserving of such things, it tends to just leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I guess, for that same reason, unwilling tends to rub me the wrong way as well. Like if it's unwilling in the sense of "the unwilling party is flustered and unsure of how to handle themselves but will ultimately remember the encounter fondly" I'm usually fine with it, but if it's unwilling like "the unwilling party is genuinely upset and will remember the event poorly" then I just... Don't tend to vibe with it, haha (Alternatively, if it is played as a clearly negative thing happening to the unwilling parties, that can be fine as well! But, unfortunately, I tend to see it as something that's played for laughs, which... As mentioned, rubs me the wrong way)

Of course, as mentioned, there are always exceptions to the rule! I've seen plenty of media featuring both of these things that I've really enjoyed because of its particular execution, style, or simply because I know the creator and am thus more open to their particular interests. And, of course, if you do like these things, that's awesome! I love that for you. It just is not for me usually, hahaha

10 for me, guilty pleasure in g/t! Gosh, honestly... my trouble is I'm quite picky when it comes to particular tropes/scenarios, hahaha. I feel like everything has the chance to really bother me, even when it's something I would otherwise quite like. BUT something I'm quite the sucker for is like... When a giant notices they've unintentionally scared a tiny (friend, enemy, stranger, whatever the relation) and they kinda readjust themselves.

Like, I guess as an example, a giant quite casually discussing the power difference between themselves and their partner, commenting (without malice) that they're so big, and they could kinda easily crush a building, or smush a person, or-- they see their partner's eyes widen, shoulders tense. So they pause their train of thought, give a gentle smile and remind the both of them that this is why they're so gentle, and why they move so slowly, because they would never want to do something so careless.

Or, alternatively something a bit simpler, when a human sees a borrower for the first time and goes to reach for them, but then pauses as the borrower lets out a yelp and curls up into a ball. The human's full-handed grab relaxes, and they gingerly scoop up the borrower with a slow and tender motion.

I dunno, I think that moment with a giant of "oh shit, I'm doing something wrong" followed by a near-instant effort to correct themselves is just... so good.

A few things would like to add/note

1. Nobody can convince me that the mean tiny wasn't born on April fools. That little guy is a rambunctious little Aries through and through

2. It says Hugh is an Aquarius but it says he was born in June, so either he was born January 24 and is an Aquarius or he was born June 24 and he is not an Aquarius, but rather another Cancer (personally as an Aquarius, I hope it's the former, hehe)

BARRGARGBKAGKBRGRG this is is why I can't be trusted with astrology! I fear in Hugh's case, the date is right and the sign is wrong- he's a Cancer in this case- primarily because I liked the concept that he was born during Pride month. It felt very fitting for someone so passionately accepting of other people.

THAT SAID, Mean Tiny was 100% born on April Fools Day. His entire existence is a joke-- //shot Nah but in all seriousness I do think April 1st works well for the Mean Tiny.
